“Great Hawaiian bbq! Tried several different menu items. From best to worst (but they were all very good): island bbq chicken, chicken katsu, spam musubi, fried shrimp, kalua pork, and teriyaki chicken. Mac salad was also very good. Teriyaki and katsu sauce were on point as well. Honestly enjoyed everything we ate so I don't think you can go wrong here. Looking forward to trying it again some time“

“Love this place! The food is amazing, I absolutely love and recommend the brisket, it’s legit - smoked overnight for 14 hours (same with the pork!)! My husband’s favorite is the ribs, and grand daughters love going there for the macaroni and cheese, we all love the fries. Actually, I haven’t tried anything I don’t like. The restaurant is clean - a must for my critical self. There are 3 TVs that are typically showing whatever sports games are on, feels a lot like home. ?

Kid-friendliness: The owners have young children of their own and appreciate the families that dine with them. And to support that, kids eat free on Sundays.“

“So we are here temporarily due to my husbands work and for years I went to L&L Hawaiian BBQ in Colorado and it was always amazing, coming here the nearest L&L was more than an hour away and the reviews were bad. I wasn't going to drive that far for bad food or customer service. Well while in the area for an appointment I decided to look up other Hawaiian BBQ options and Ono popped up and it was across the street from where I had my appointment.
I am so glad I decided to give it a try! I love Chicken Katsu and this DID NOT disappoint! The panko breading was crispy, the chicken was juicy, the rice was cooked just right, the macaroni salad was creamy and cold like I like it, next to hot rice, the portions were large and surprise! Veggies! L&L does not give you broccoli and cabbage with your plate! The Crab Rangoon was crispy on the outside and creamy on the inside and was delicious! Everything was hot and fresh and made when I ordered it! I don't know what people were saying about old food in the reviews, I literally watched them make my food fresh and it was amazing and I am not just saying that because it's been more than 2 yrs since I've had Hawaiian BBQ. I hope ALL Ono locations are this good because I won't be in that area again but I definitely will be going back to the nearest Ono to me in the future to get by Hawaiian BBQ fix! I need to try the rest of the dishes!“

“I'm giving this place 5 stars across the board. Almost perfect in every aspect. I ordered the Hawaiian plate with BBQ chicken and BBQ beef...absolutely delicious! The portion size is not the biggest, but the quality is definitely there. The mac salad was phenomenal, and had that slightly charred aftertaste with a near perfect texture and flavor. There really isn't too much bad to say here, other than the portion size being a bit small for my liking but that's more a matter of personal preference...I'm a pretty big guy and like to split meals this expensive into 2 meals unless I'm starving. Cost was around $13 which is pretty standard. Definitely recommend this over Love Hawaiian BBQ up the street. Will absolutely be coming back.“

I was traveling through Arizona with a sales rep, and they suggested we stop by Rudy's General Store and BBQ in Goodyear. Great choice! I had the brisket and sausage with a side of coleslaw, while my friend opted for a chopped meat sandwich. As with most BBQ spots, I tend to order more than I can eat, so our meal cost around $40 with drinks and a tip.

The brisket was impressive—lean, moist, and not dried out, which can sometimes be an issue with BBQ. The sausage had excellent flavor too. I’m already planning to return on my next trip to try the pulled pork. Highly recommended!“

The lack of extra like broccoli, onion, carrot, mushrooms, etc. to balance the meat and rice is disappointing. The service was great and the staff is fun to chat with. The atmosphere wasn't the best and it can be handled. The younger staff members sleeping with electronics and clothing sprawled out was unacceptable in any circumstances.

“This place is so good and I don’t usually see a lot of people here which is surprising. This is quality bbq(pulled pork sandwich is my favorite, make sure to eat with coleslaw on top of sandwich). “Excellent experience! We weren't really happy with the first table offered, but were promptly, couteously reseated. Our server, Liz, arrived quickly and brought water while we decided on some drinks. Those also arrived quickly, as did our loaf of warm bread. The service continued this way throughout our evening - always available, but never intrusive.

Our meals were wonderful - my wife's steak was not cooked exactly as ordered, but it went back with a smile and returned within 3 minutes cooked to perfection with new sides. My chicken and ribs combo was huge, and the ribs pretty much fell off the bone. Both meals came with salad. We finished with a decadent birthday dessert, provided by Longhorn.

Service was way beyond anything expected in a chain restaurant, and while Liz was special, similar service seemed to be the norm.

“Went in after chiropractor feeling brilliant!!!! Went in for the first time so excited I could smell the BBQ as soon as I walked in the doors!!!!!!!! Walked up the the cashier asked them to surprise me with each of there favorite items and then the BBQ pulled pork sandwich and the special philly cheese!!!! Only $55 plus tip amazing price for 4 items and 2 large drinks!!!

So as I'm waiting for my food watching the only cook absolutely killing by herself by the way!!! She should get her own tips!!!!.

So I'm chatting up the cashier about the killer menu 100 different culinary lanes Korean, BBQ American, Mexican!! Bro!!! Said she has been there 3 years. Told me they have a smoker to do the meats!! Inside the building come on!!! True BBQ!!! Turned around and a line out the door!!!

Got home 20 minutes later and the food was still hot, the fries so good next time I'll ask to cook a bit more. Love crispy fries!!!!!

The chicken wings were not cooked all the way and not spicy at all .. but I put them in the air fryer for 10 minutes brilliant!!!!

Then I got the Korean tacos and dumplings!!!! Bro as a Korean so delicious. The taco shell were overcooked but I replaced them so mouth watering and the dumpling top of the top!!!!

Mom ate the Philly and pulled pork sandwich. Told me they were overflowing full of pulled pork. And sooo bomb true BBQ flavor and so good!!! The Philly was also overflowing of pipping hot cheese and tender meat and just proper cooked onions and peppers they way a Philly should be and soft fresh bread!!!!

Can't wait for my next 6 appointment to try as many delicious fresh and unique food surprises!!!! And the vanilla cream soda!!! Hello!!!!!! I'll be back for life!!!!!! Truly amazing!!!!!!“

“I usually go to the one closer to my house but that location is closed and came across this one . Staff was super friendly and nice. Ordered me a 3 meat plate.. brisket was so tender, pulled pork was good and the chicken was super tender. This will become my new place to come.“
