“Okay, I still had the bad experience below, but they made it right the next day. Magan, the manager, gave me a refund, and Caleb Asst Manager proved the DQ can make my fav drink thick enough to flip upside down. That's how I am used to having it, but for some time, i have been told it can't be done. Bravo Caleb, and thank you for my delicious bday blizzard. You turned it into a win!**** I took my 86-year-old mom to celebrate both our birthdays to get a blizzard. Keep in mind they advertise blizzards so thick you can turn them over. Well, this did not happen, and both were runny and didn't even taste like the normal blizzards we always get. Horrible service, and those young kids don't know what they are doing. It cost me 14 dollars and another dollar for extra toppings when I came back around, so there was some flavor. I was so disappointed, and I want my money back or better yet have this owner send me 20.00 in credit for the waste of time and money. I am sick of sorry and we lose. Terrible birthday ice cream. ?? ?“
