“We tried out the DQ app and ordered ahead for pickup at the drive thru. When we arrived, they had no record our order. I showed the gentleman at the window my email receipt on my phone and he happily filled our order anyway, and it was pretty swift. Situation handled, and thanks!“

I had an amazing experience at this Dairy Queen Grill & Chill tonight! A young man at the drive-through window went above and beyond when my fiancé accidentally bumped the cone against the roof of our truck while handing it to me. He kindly offered to remake the cone without hesitation.
We noticed him carefully working on it and saw that he actually ended up making three attempts. When we thanked him for being so thorough, he explained that one of the tries didn’t turn out right because of the ice cream’s consistency. By the time we got the final cone, it was perfect! On top of that, he provided plenty of napkins and didn’t charge us for the redo(s), even though the first mishap was entirely our fault.
It’s rare to see this level of care and professionalism, especially during a busy shift. Kudos to the staff, especially that young man, for turning a small accident into a memorable act of kindness. We’ll definitely be back! 🌟🍦“
“I was looking for a sonic themed cake for my child, but they said they unfortunately did not have themes like that anymore due to copyright issues, but they gladly showed me all their decorations options and offered/ allowed accommodations to try to match what I was looking for. This cake theme usually has different colors but they did them in blue for me. It came out amazingly pretty, it was very tasty as well! Ordering it was easy and the staff was wonderful and very helpful, especially and easy pick up. I will continue to order my icecream cakes at this location specifically. Very pleased with their products and staff.“

“I had 2 to-go order experiences within 3 weeks and one turned out great, but unfortunately the other was not well. Hence, the 4-star rating. The first time was a quick one with just an ice cream and no problem there. Brought back some nostalgic memories. The second time was an online order. Unfortunately, the crew missed it and didn't see the order until I showed up. I applaud them for their recovery and thankfully it was only a few minutes extra to wait. At least I know my food is fresh!“
“First time back in three years, and Dairy Queen was great. Customer service was friendly and attentive, and the food was hot and fresh. My only frustration: the app didn’t save my customizations, so I had to go to the counter to get the missing items on my burger.
The onion rings.... amazing for a fast food restaurant! Perfect crunch and not greasy.

“Came in at 10:25 ordering food thinking it was the Friday and Saturday times and that they close at 11. They didn’t give us no issues and still made our food even though they were closing and I cannot say how sorry I am and how much I appreciate their service and the professionalism and the customer service with us. They were very sweet and genuine and I’m so so sorry. I will be more vigilant when I go to places on the times I hate to be that customer, but they were very good to me.“
“We have two DQ's between our home, so once in a while on our way home from an event, we will drive thru and get a sundae..
They're a lot smaller than they were growing up...and a lot more expensive, that's for sure...

“Ok so I went through their drive thru around 8:30 at night on a Friday and they were packed! But, I did not have a long wait at all! The young lady running the drive through was awesome! I had a huge order and not only was she friendly, helpful, and fast, but imagine my surprise when i got home, AND MY ENTIRE ORDER WAS CORRECT!!! Do you know how rare that is nowadays?? I wish I had the girls name that was running the window, but damn she was good! The only suggestion I would have is to stop timing these employees on orders! One order for a single individual takes way less time than a bigger order like mine!“
