I had an amazing experience at this Dairy Queen Grill & Chill tonight! A young man at the drive-through window went above and beyond when my fiancé accidentally bumped the cone against the roof of our truck while handing it to me. He kindly offered to remake the cone without hesitation.
We noticed him carefully working on it and saw that he actually ended up making three attempts. When we thanked him for being so thorough, he explained that one of the tries didn’t turn out right because of the ice cream’s consistency. By the time we got the final cone, it was perfect! On top of that, he provided plenty of napkins and didn’t charge us for the redo(s), even though the first mishap was entirely our fault.
It’s rare to see this level of care and professionalism, especially during a busy shift. Kudos to the staff, especially that young man, for turning a small accident into a memorable act of kindness. We’ll definitely be back! 🌟🍦“
“My go-to place for me and my love. The peanut buster parfaits are the reason why me and my love have fallen in love together and continue to be in love by ordering here. We met here at this location and have been in love for years now. Thanks Dairy Queen for spreading love through your ice cream treats and great food.“
“One of my favorite places to get ice cream aside from the homemade ice cream mom and pop shops. Ice cream is always fresh never runny the only downside would be the wait. I don't understand (with all the traffic they get) why they don't expand the building a little so that cars aren't waiting to drive in on the side of the road.“
“I was just picking up a DoorDash, but it was super packed on a Friday night. March 13, 2026. The girl and the boy and the boy cook in the back. We’re doing absolutely amazing. They were so so sweet and even offered me a drink for my dash. 10 out of 10 experience even though they were packed super proud of them. ❤️❤️“
“First time back in three years, and Dairy Queen was great. Customer service was friendly and attentive, and the food was hot and fresh. My only frustration: the app didn’t save my customizations, so I had to go to the counter to get the missing items on my burger.
The onion rings.... amazing for a fast food restaurant! Perfect crunch and not greasy.

“Oh Dairy Queen my Beloved, I have never had such an experience as I did today. Upon entry, I was greeted by a taller employee named Cameron. Most interactions I’ve had here were your typical run of the mill fast food conversations, but Cameron made me feel like my order matters. He gave me such a great service, offering insight on the menu, which was amazing as I was pretty indecisive, and wanted to try something new. I sure hope he’s compensated accordingly, considering his effort.
Shout out to the Cook for the perfectly fried chicken tenders, and the fries were exquisite. Turn around time was incredible, it was like I had just sat down and my food was in front of me.
To the entire team, and especially Cameron, thank you for everything you do. I will definitely be returning soon.“
“Never experienced any personality here but they're quick. We always go inside because it's way faster than waiting at the drive thru plus it seems they put more in the blizzards when you're watching. Blizzard are always on point (when we go inside).“
“We have two DQ's between our home, so once in a while on our way home from an event, we will drive thru and get a sundae..
They're a lot smaller than they were growing up...and a lot more expensive, that's for sure...
but then, isn't everything?

“Quick service for fast food! Nice to see it still exists into today's world of others that consistently ask you to pull forward and wait for your food for at least 5-7 minutes in a drive thru. Thank you for keeping to original traditions. 😉“
“Ok so I went through their drive thru around 8:30 at night on a Friday and they were packed! But, I did not have a long wait at all! The young lady running the drive through was awesome! I had a huge order and not only was she friendly, helpful, and fast, but imagine my surprise when i got home, AND MY ENTIRE ORDER WAS CORRECT!!! Do you know how rare that is nowadays?? I wish I had the girls name that was running the window, but damn she was good! The only suggestion I would have is to stop timing these employees on orders! One order for a single individual takes way less time than a bigger order like mine!“
“Super friendly young lady at the front counter last night. They were extremely busy & we still received our food in a timely manner. Good Stacker burger, fries, & drink according to my son's friend. We ordered Blizzards & they were very good. We were surprised how good the strawberry cheesecake one was. The other two were chocolate chip cookie dough & Reese's pieces with chocolate chip cookie dough.“
“I gave full stars. Very clean, bright, well kept . The employees were polite, our ordered placed & delivered quickly and with efficiency. Ordered from their 2 for $5 menu a pineapple lemonade spritzer it was waaaaày to sweet I omited the chamoy sauce, probably would have been perfect if I left it that way. The new t- shirt uniforms are cool , plain tee with only modest Dairy Queen printed around neck. I still recommend this particular location.“
“We tried out the DQ app and ordered ahead for pickup at the drive thru. When we arrived, they had no record our order. I showed the gentleman at the window my email receipt on my phone and he happily filled our order anyway, and it was pretty swift. Situation handled, and thanks!“
