“Was just walking around and randomly decided to grab some ice cream at Dairy Queen. The staff were honestly so nice and easy to talk to. They were patient while I was deciding and explained the menu without making it awkward. The service made the visit even better, and of course, the ice cream was great too. Definitely coming back again with my niece sometime!“

“This is the only Dairy Queen in Mesa Tempe Chandler or Gilbert that has good customer service, the rest are a joke, they refuse to accommodate anything, lose food, are loud obnoxious and or lazy
This Dairy Queen is run professionally and responsibly and staff actually do their jobs properly, it's just unfortunate I have to drive so far to go to this one, passing multiple lower quality locations to get there
The food is always hot and fresh, and tastes delicious“

“I have visited this location numerous times over the last couple of years. The Parm Garlic Sauce and Toss is what kept me coming back. I have had a range of experiences in the past from last year waiting over 40 minutes in the front being the second person in the drive thru line for them at the time to have the order sitting at their hold station the entire inside and forgetting they had the order. Then non chelant and lack of care attitudes from staff many occasions.
I feel confident a change occured at some point in the last several months that has seen a completely new approach and service from their staff. I know they make the chicken once ordered which I have found standard at many other locations so the 5-10 minute wait is 100% expected. They have nailed the timing much better on this. Food consistancy has improved where it did struggle. Much of the current team at this location has made it an enjoyable experience these days and I can appreciate this location's growth in recent months. Jasmine on their current team is a standout and exceptional positive representation of excellent customer service and attentiveness. Always positive, timely with orders, and makes sure your experience is great. She was training a newer team member for them this evening and even she seems that she'll be a great fit for their improved team. Keep up the great momentum all and thank you for what appears to be listening to the customer feedback and making the changes needed. Thank you!“

“We went inside, ordered for 3 pre-teen grandkids. All came out (burgers, chicken strips, fries) quick, hot, fresh, good tasting! All food, drinks and ice cream...$7Bucks each. That's a fantastic deal for this grandpa on a retirement budget. Loved it!“
