This place lost something that the other locations still seem to have and it seems whats missing is a good work ethic.Example, if you ask for a hot buttered flour tortilla from this location it comes ice cold every time. Then there's the people at the front counter playing with their hair and then gathering up the food looking and preparing bags with food coming from the kitchen window. I have eaten at the original Carolina's on Mohave since I was a kid, and this is the 1st time I have tried another location... I will be sticking with the original location. Originally ordered a breafast burrito (potato, bacon, egg, n cheese), and I was disappointed. After cutting it in half, I noticed a lot of tortilla. Unfortunately, it was lacking bacon, and the cheese was NOT melted. All in all, it could have used more filler. I brought it to the counter and the nice lady...read full review

We had our eldest daughter's wedding caterer this past weekend. We chose this place specifically to honor our grandmother, who has since passed, who introduced us to their original restaurant as small children. Our guest absolutely loved all of the food selections. Most importantly the bride and groom loved it! Our reception was a success because of it. Thank you to the owners, cooks, and delivery staff.
