Starbucks in Peoria

“This location is always busy I dont understand how. Its a tough parking lot to get into. The drive thru and parking lot are always busy during the day. The staff have been very nice. One was very confused when I handed them a giftcard for payment.“

“This is my favorite location in the valley. I have had nothing but positive interactions with every staff member here. Today, the cafe/mobile queue fell behind due to some unexpected spills, and despite multiple customers being flat out rude, they maintained their service and continued to exert positivity. Great great great people working here!“

“The guy there was totally nice.He let me have some, used coffee grounds for my garden. it's clean there and there are places to sit. It's also nice because the music isn't overpowering. And since it's in Bashes, you can sit there and rest your feet after you finish shopping.“

“I went today and ordered a venti matcha and grande ribbon crunch, i dont remember her name but she was blonde. It was one of the best matcha and she gave me tons of caramel. I live and breathe coffee and matcha so i know she made that TOP peak, it was so good i was gonna drive back and thank her; but i didnt have time. I hope she sees this comment and remembers me. Thanks you for the chit chat about the ube. Sorry i didnt catch your name, but you made those drinks FIRE! <3“

“This is truly my favorite Starbucks. I know it’s not the standard standalone building but the staff is so so amazing. It’s literally because of the staff and the consistency of quality for my drink is why I come here. I go OUT OF THE WAY to get a drink at this Starbucks versus one on the way to where I am going.

“I have lived next to this Starbucks for 3 years now and so this is my go to Starbucks. I can say all of the people that work at this location are extremely friendly and they go above and beyond for their customers(: I have a hard time going to a different location when I’m not in the area cause their service is unmatched.“

“Grabbed a coffee and bite to eat and the employees on shift (a man and a woman) were very friendly but also prompt in getting my order and helpful to make sure I didn't accidentally use up my grocery rewards.

“yes I recommend starbucks because for the most part it's wonderful. however, I order the same thing every day and I have had the last three days not what I ordered fully. I ask for and pay for extra splash of sweet cream and then not just cinnamon but I ask for extra and I don't even get a dash or punch of it at all. but then today there is Camel sauce in the cup and then drizzled on top. I don't have anything Carmel in my order at all. i order a venti iced americano with blonde espresso, extra sweet cream cold foam with an extra splash of sweet cream and extra cinnamon. Carmel is nowhere to be found in the order and then the word Extra is there but ignored. insert ingredients and ignore what is wanted. this happens more often than not at every location throughout the valley I go to. but the one on 83rd Ave and thunderbird is right by my house and I stop there on my way to work in the morning so I don't have a lot of time to sit for another 15-20 minutes for a new or fixed drink when I have sat there already for 15-20 minutes. I have gone to Dutch a few times and found a favorite there, I can just switch to them or even dunkin donuts is way cheaper and I've never had an issue with my drink made incorrectly when I went to them before. pay attention people. I've let it go on for too long and way to many times.“

“So I pretty much never do reviews but had to this time I have gone to a lot of starbucks and never really remembered people kinda just grab go but this location was a bit different went a few times remember some faces but the person who i remember the most is sonny hes always a super nice guy always wanting to help super quick and personable and responds with your name that's pretty rare these days and it shows he cares this is the reason I will continue to come back to Starbucks. Don't change a thing.“

“This Starbucks is the best we've been to. All the baristas are friendly and professional. Never once had my order made incorrectly. Anytime we are in the area and in the mood for Starbucks we go out of our way to go to this one even though it's in target. There is one barista in particular, I didn't get their name, who is such a sweetheart. They have adorable pink hair and their eyeliner makes me envious. They were very patient and kind when my shy daughter was ordering and took extra care to talk to her about her stuffy. That made Emma feel very special. So Emma wants you to know that the strawberry frap you made is the best one her and Gwen (the penguin) ever had.“
