“Hi, I’m new to the area and I started coming to this Starbucks M-F on my way to work. I’ve encountered one you lady there who I was so impressed with I thought I’d write a review. Her name is Leilani and what impressed me is that after only starting to come here for a couple of weeks now, she has memorized my drink order and greets me by my name! As I waited for my drink and pastry not only did she do this to me but to other customers as well. Since I don’t know very many people in this area, I loved the personal touch. It definitely made me feel welcome and I will be making this my regular morning stop. Thank you Leilani ☺️“

“The great thing from my perspective is that it opens super early at 430am, before the heat comes : )

Anyway, the staff is polite and friendly.

It is not a big store and indoor seats can fill up quick.

“I came in furious because I ordered from Uber Eats and my order was wrong but the people in this location took care of me! I was so upset because my order was wrong but the way I treated and taken care here was so wonderful!! My drink was corrected and was so delicious!!! I made sure I apologized to the cashier profusely because I was way too upset over a drink that can be corrected! This location is top tier !!!“

“This is my favorite Starbucks location. The early morning employees are friendly and always take extra effort to ensure that my drink is correct and made with care. While the location on Pima is more of a direct route to work I go out of my way to come to this location.“

It’s not often you find a team so deeply invested in what they do—especially under the umbrella of a massive global brand. But somehow, this crew takes the big Starbucks name and delivers the heart and soul of a mom-and-pop shop. Their passion, consistency, and love for the community shine through in every interaction.

I’m incredibly grateful for them. If you’re looking for more than just a cup of coffee—if you’re looking for connection, warmth, and that rare feeling of being seen—this is the place. A true five-star experience every time. Highly recommend.“

“Andres and his partner were incredibly kind and made my morning. Just very very genuine and warm. I also heard their interactions with other customers as I sat and drank my americano which were equally as pleasant. Would of gave a good tip if there was the option to. The seating area was also very nice.“

“The staff at this Starbucks is outstanding! I asked for something between a cortado and a macchiato—basically a strong espresso with just a bit of milk—and they knew exactly what I meant and nailed it. It was absolutely delicious: strong, smooth, and just the way I like it. Starbucks always has good coffee, but it really depends on the baristas—and at this location, they’re top-notch. Great experience!“

“So this has always been our family go to place, we loved how the staff reacts to the dogs as they visit with all the families. This staff has always been clean and very family freindly, now for some reason they are not able to interact with family pets now. Really hurts since this is by far the best staff ever. “I came in today after a long shift and Sophia I believe her name was (young with long blonde hair) was the sweetest person I’ve ever met. “This is the prettiest Starbucks I've ever been to. With comfy chairs inside and out, it makes you want to linger a bit with your coffee and a book instead of heading out immediately. The coffee was rich and bold and the breakfast sandwich was pretty tasty. I had the vanilla lavender iced latte and the turkey bacon and egg breakfast sandwich. It was excellent!! My new favorite Starbucks.“

“I’ve been coming to this Starbucks for over 10 years, and it’s been great to see how much it has improved over time. I remember when this location was much smaller — cozy, but often crowded and hard to find a seat. Since then, they’ve expanded by taking over the next-door space, and the difference is amazing!

Now it’s bright, spacious, and so much more comfortable. There are plenty of tables and seating areas for relaxing, working, or meeting friends. The atmosphere feels open and welcoming without losing that classic Starbucks vibe.

The staff are friendly, the drinks are consistent, and the whole place is always clean and well-kept. Whether you’re here for a quick coffee or to spend a few hours on your laptop, this location is a great spot.

It’s been awesome to watch this Starbucks grow — and it’s definitely become one of my favorite places to stop by.“

“This is a really nice Starbucks aesthetically. Super clean and bright very friendly staff

Ordered a Venti iced coffee with light ice. It came with pretty heavy ice and the iced coffee itself tasted very watered down. It was actually hard to believe it was even iced coffee just tasted like water.

Was going to return it, but felt bad.

Bonus point for cleanliness and very friendly staff points deducted for watered down iced coffee.“

“Strangely enough, this Starbucks has the best drinks. I think because they take care of everybody one at a time, they put a little extra care into it, and it always comes out perfect. Aiden is a dream! Super friendly, super good at his job, I always stop by if I see him there. He is absolutely an asset to Starbucks!“

“Hard to review the place cuz I could not find it. I would have added a title that said a warning for others using the map but it wouldn't let me. The map did not tell me it was inside a grocery store. I drove around a mall that had several restaurants, a grocery store, clothing stores.... Only when I drove around a tree did I see a sign on the outside of Safeway that said Starbucks inside. The map should have been more clear cuz I wasted time getting there and wasted time driving around the parking lot trying to find the place. Possibly putting others in danger because I had to look at the buildings and not the road.“

“I visited this store a few minutes ago on 1/9/24 and my latte was made perfectly, despite lots of customizations... and the steamed milk was not burnt, which has been a frequent experience for me at other stores lately.The barista was so pleasant and friendly, and my latte so good, I decided to go back for a second one after I finished my grocery shopping. There was a different barista this time, and she was also incredibly pleasant and friendly, and once again, my latte was absolutely perfect.Kudos to this Starbucks for training their employees to make a good latte. “I want to shout out the Starbucks inside Safeway there was a young man who went above and beyond for me and my mom. I wanted just a plain mocha frap but it wasn’t on the Menu but he made me one anyways also my mom wanted a smoothie and it was not on the menu but he made my mom a banana smoothie with the freshest ingredients he was also very neat and tidy sanitized everything“

“This is a small Starbucks, and it looked a bit dingy at first glance. There was nary a customer, and the front counter had a grim vibe.. but don't appearance fool you. They do have a full menu stocked with all the delicious choices that you'd see elsewhere. They even had the new holiday drinks out which was very nice.Also, the flavor of the coffee drink I had was consistent with what I've had elsewhere. Cashier was quick and efficient too, and I was in and out of their in no time with my caffeine fix. :)“

I forgot my free coffee through points just to be greeted by them. Amanda always gives me a great saying on my cup and Nora gives me a great happy face but it’s about the delicious coffee and super service!“

“Ideally located in The Pavillions (South side) for a drive-through but they also have a great little seating area and also a small patio. Service is always very good here and the coffee hot! It gets quite busy here f you want a seat, so it seems to be a popular meetign place.“

“A great Starbucks inside Scottsdale Fashion Square when you need a break from shopping. It’s almost always busy, but the service is quick and the staff keeps the line moving. There are plenty of comfortable seating options, making it a great place to relax, catch up with friends, work for a bit, or simply enjoy some people-watching. The modern design and large mural give it a warm, inviting atmosphere. One of the better mall Starbucks locations I’ve visited.“
