“I had an amazing experience at this Starbucks I got a free drink for my bday and Sydney the Barista/Cashier did an excellent job with her customer service skills and she had a very friendly attitude plus a great smile so my experience for this Starbucks was awesome overall. The other Coffee maker/batista Tabitha also was very friendly and had a great attitude and good vibes for sure. 5 star rating I recommend this Starbucks to anyone who loves good customer service and a good experience overall...!“

I wasn’t expecting such a delightful customer experience especially in the busy holiday months . while I am indecisive at times I was greeted with Ivette who took her time to help me decide and then Reno reccomended a delightful matcha recipe and I was more than thrilled ! Wasn’t expecting them to be so patient as I changed my mind from chai to matcha but it’s been a heck of a year and I have a lot going on then with rising costs I don’t splurge often and this was a wonderful treat. I went back to work with a huge smile and goodies for the team ! Thank you both!!“

“I went to this Starbucks for the first time today (Drive-Thru) and I had the best experience! The barista was very upbeat, friendly, and had great customer service skills. What I loved most about this place was the precautions they took to prevent the spread of Covid. 1) The baristas were all wearing their masks (properly) 2) They had contactless payment. (They hold the credit card machine out to you so you can insert your credit card instead of handing them your credit card.) 3) They had contactless drink transaction. (They put your drink cup in a mug when they give you the drink so you can lift your drink out of the mug without taking it out of their hand & touching hands.)“
“Actually, I've been going to this Starbucks one or more times a week for about 20 years, but right now Kim, the store manager, has the place running even better than it has over the years,Thfood they serve isvery good and the drinks are, in my opinion, excellent and there is not much need for me to comment on their menu because I'm pretty sure that anyone going to a Starbucks already knows what's available. The big plus here is the atmosphere because Kim, the manager, has done an excellent job of staffing which always provides a good place to go to get away for a moment. Clean, efficient with a really nice group of people serving their customers. Oh, and if you come often enough, you'll meet a great bunch of puppies that like to be petted.“
“So, I don't typically go out of my way to write a Starbucks review, but the gentlemen running the drive-thru this morning off McClintock & Warner was absolutely the nicest!!!! Like seriously I go to Starbucks pretty routine and he is always pleasant and kind and even once defused a situation with an associate that was being Uber rude to me when I was ordering. I don't know how raises work, but this great employee needs a holiday bonus ASAP! Maybe I'll stop in next week with holiday treats for him, because that's how awesome and nice this gentlemen is. I'm sick and not feeling great and wanted a medicine ball tea, but they're out of course (because everyone is out of Everything), but he made a great alternative suggestion and was just all around helpful. “A very convenient Starbucks location being very close to my employment. The staff is friendly; however, after ordering the same items multiple days in a row I have found that the price seems to vary. The efficient service makes up for the inconsistent prices. On certain Fridays you can enjoy your Starbucks outside to enjoy live music. There are many tables and chairs outside to allow for a nice casual time with a friend to chat or just enjoy the weather.“

“I love heading to this Starbucks where I can study in peace. It’s near an IKEA and I thought that would make it unbearably busy, but there was no one sitting on the patio or inside. I believe many go to the drive thru or some will come in, order and leave. It’s a great place to study :) I wouldn’t suggest this Starbucks for a get together with friends or family Starbucks run as there’s only 1 large table (seats 4) and 2 lounging chairs.Parking: It’s near other businesses but it’s got a relatively large parking lot.“

“Such a busy place! Full of college and HS students. Love the vibe. The food is the same as everywhere :) because of the tournament they ran out of many items in the menu. “Usually I like this starbucks but the guy just now who made my pink drink had such an attitude when i told him i ordered a large and he gave me a medium :( i wasn't even rude about it! “These folks went out of the way to take care of us. We had our campus Bible talk (Thursday nights at 8 p.m.) We bought some loaves and some muffins and they warmed them and cut them up for us and had a great attitude about it. I really appreciate the positive attitude of the people that work at this Starbucks, and I think it's ridiculous that they don't get tips! They certainly deserve them!“
“Whenever I am in this Frys, I stop at this starbucks as a little treat for actually going grocery shopping. The staff is always friendly. They take the time to chat with you if they aren't busy. They always seem to be stocked up on everything they have on the menu. Since this is an in store starbucks, they don't have the full menu range of a free standing one. To find it, once in the Marina Heights parking spot, look for the green umbrellas.The service was pretty quick, and on the weekends, there was hardly a line. However, on the weekdays, this place can get pretty packed..Just keep in mind, for this location, even if you buy something they will still charge you 54 cents (a nominal fee) for water unless you bring your own container. ;)“

“I like how this Starbucks is located conveniently within the Safeway store. This way, you can get your caffeine fix while getting your groceries. ;) The service has been pretty fast each time I've come. They also have a cozy seating area with about 5-6 mini tables for 3-4 people each. You can sit there to enjoy the coffee and snacks, or if you bough something from Safeway you can also sit there to eat up.Just keep in mind, if there's a new fancy drink item at Starbucks, this location might be out of stock and not have it. It is a smaller Starbucks than the regular standalone chain stores.“
“This is my favorite Starbucks, super convenient to do homework and get jacked on espresso. All the baristas are super kind and really fast. “I work on a night shift and I'll drive over some days to have lunch here. Everyone has been incredibly kind and providing amazing service consistently. Although they didn't have my regular order today, the barista recommended a drink. Even while I'm in the drive through, this same barista ensured that I enjoyed the new drink before they received payment. It's very rare for a drive through to have the high quality service and much less so at 4AM. Would def recommend to anyone who is needing coffee in the early morning.“
“Super convenient Starbucks location located right on the main Street across from campus. They have great desks with comfy chairs and lots of outlets that make working from their super easy. They have two restrooms. And enough staff working the day shift to make wait times short. It was a great remote work experience“
