“Talisha is so friendly and prompt! ? My Saturday morning routine is to get a hot nonfat latte to sip while I do my shopping. Never disappointed. Worth your time to go here when you're out and about, regardless that there's a freestanding location in the parking lot!“

“The barista this morning made the best Frappuccino I've had in awhile, she was great. Really redeemed Starbucks and a negative experience I've had at a nearby Starbucks at Safeway. This one is consistent. Always good staff and good drinks.“

“Bella was an excellent worker, helping me decide what to order as I haven’t ever really been to starbucks and the variety of options often appears daunting. That is, until Bella was able to help me and answer questions to find what I was looking for. I had also brought in my puppy, she informed me very respectfully that store policy didn’t allow for pets in the store that weren’t service animals. Completely understandable considering this is a food establishment. That said, I picked up my puppy and was given a Pup cup free of charge which was a kind gesture. It was a nice escape from the heat and the store was exceptionally clean in comparison to other locations i’ve visited in the Valley. I’d highly recommend visiting this store if you are in the Tempe area , and in the off chance you may be inexperienced like myself, ask for Bella.“

“Wanted to give a shout out to shift lead Bry, Super kind and welcoming. It was super busy when I came in and he was on top of it with directing his staff and getting orders out well also taking orders himself. Had amazing customer service even though they were super busy was still very personable with me. Food and drink came out perfect and super quick, especially with how busy they were! Bry Really left a great impression on me, will definitely be back just for their customer service alone, the awesome coffee and food is just a bonus“

“My hubby and I have been to this location twice, and each time we had great service!

I love that the two individuals who served us were fun, funny, played along with our shenanigans, and were their authentic selves.

Store was pretty busy and only two people working, that’s looks overwhelming, BUT Jayden was awesome, he wasn’t taking shortcuts on my drink and he actually shook my tea, something I struggle to find anymore when I visit a store and though it was crazy, Jayden was giving good service and it didn’t take too terribly long for my drink to come out so Thankyou for holding it together Jayden, hopefully you’ll get some support in the store“

“Marie is a star player on this team. She went above and beyond to ensure I walked away completely satisfied with my beverage. Please recognize Marie for excellent customer care and warm, friendly, helpful service. Nice area to sit inside and out. Quiet, relaxing, comfy place. Definitely get your coffee/tea/beverage and food at this location. Plenty of parking as it’s inside the Barnes & Noble at Tempe Marketplace.“

I've finally found my Starbucks Family here, and I genuinely look forward to catching up with them each time I visit. “This location is by far the best I've been to in the Valley! Coffee is always consistent. Staff is always friendly and positive! I picked up a mobile order this morning for red cup day, expecting maybe a little frustration from staff with how busy it was & nope! Everyone still super friendly and happy! “Based on the pictures, I came to this location hoping to sit down and enjoy my coffee. Although there isn't indoor seating, the barista who assisted me suggested some other locations which have indoor seating. He was very pleasant and I enjoyed my experience. Be aware there is a walk-up window where you can order as well as a drive-thru, but no indoor seating.“

“Shout out to this heroic crew. I stop by once a day on my way to work and they’re always slammed and efficient as heck.

This location is a drive-thru with outside seating, so no lobby. When I worked for Starbucks, drive-thru was the hardest part - I’m impressed that that’s ALL THEY DO and they nail it. Friendly, fast, knowledgeable.

My drink is an iced coffee with no classic and a splash of 1/2 n 1/2. A “splash” is subjective, so I’m never upset when a barista goes overboard or doesn’t put enough in my coffee, but these workers get me.

Happy to continue coming here because the workers are fantastic.“

“For the price of the coffee I would prefer the cup to be full , every time I order a latte I get a 3/4 full cup including the foam , if people from this location read the reviews please make sure you fill the cups completely and it would be perfect“

“Alex you where absolutely amazing! Thank you so much for being so kind and helpful to me. I don't look like your typical Starbucks customer, but truth is, it is my favorite coffee. I have been to many other Starbucks and have gotten dirty. Looks as to why someone like me who is wearing a American Flag T-shirt. A blue-collar worker would be getting coffee at a Starbucks like I am some kind of conservative racist. That has been my experience at a lot of Starbucks. But today meeting Alex and the way that she handled my order and helped me out through ordering a drink. I've never tried was absolutely amazing. And restored my faith in the company, just a little bit, I will definitely be going back to this Starbucks specifically for her, because she did such amazing job. The drink was great and I can't say enough good things about Customer service.I really hope she gets recognition for the way she works.I also watched her treat others.The same way she treated me.She was great all the way around and deserves to be recognized.“

“The one at MU is has great service! Opens early in the morning till late in the evening, which is pretty convinient for someone who is on campus the whole day! Only drawback, long queue, it takes about 15-20 mins during a rush hour to get a coffee.“

“It's a smaller Starbucks than the other stand-alone branches. This one is located in the State Farm building. To find it, once in the Marina Heights parking spot, look for the green umbrellas.The service was pretty quick, and on the weekends, there was hardly a line. However, on the weekdays, this place can get pretty packed..Just keep in mind, for this location, even if you buy something they will still charge you 54 cents (a nominal fee) for water unless you bring your own container. ;)“
