“Wow I have to say, this is my new favourite location! It's the last one in the valley that I'm not banned from, and thank god, because I have zero complaints! The barista's all welcome you as soon as you enter, and the manager Paul is super accomodating. The falafal pocket is my go to snack!“

“I always come to this fry’s to pick up my medicine from the pharmacy and stop by to grab some coffee on my way out. I was helped out by Talia and she was the sweetest, she had a big smile on her face the whole time and my coffee was delicious! not to mention the cookie croissant, would definitely recommend it! “Wanted to give a shout out to shift lead Bry, Super kind and welcoming. It was super busy when I came in and he was on top of it with directing his staff and getting orders out well also taking orders himself. Had amazing customer service even though they were super busy was still very personable with me. Food and drink came out perfect and super quick, especially with how busy they were! Bry Really left a great impression on me, will definitely be back just for their customer service alone, the awesome coffee and food is just a bonus“

Store was pretty busy and only two people working, that’s looks overwhelming, BUT Jayden was awesome, he wasn’t taking shortcuts on my drink and he actually shook my tea, something I struggle to find anymore when I visit a store and though it was crazy, Jayden was giving good service and it didn’t take too terribly long for my drink to come out so Thankyou for holding it together Jayden, hopefully you’ll get some support in the store“

“Went through the DriveThru and JP handled our transaction. Super nice, very funny and asked us about our day :) Really made our lunch break fun and we left with smiles on our faces. Literally every time we go here, there's always someone that's so nice! Will definitely keep going here :)“

She’s great at always making our orders the way we asked and they take the time to draw cute designs on the cups which for me is an added bonus getting to see what the baristas can made today! “Shout out to this heroic crew. I stop by once a day on my way to work and they’re always slammed and efficient as heck.

This location is a drive-thru with outside seating, so no lobby. When I worked for Starbucks, drive-thru was the hardest part - I’m impressed that that’s ALL THEY DO and they nail it. Friendly, fast, knowledgeable.

My drink is an iced coffee with no classic and a splash of 1/2 n 1/2. A “splash” is subjective, so I’m never upset when a barista goes overboard or doesn’t put enough in my coffee, but these workers get me.

Happy to continue coming here because the workers are fantastic.“

“Based on the pictures, I came to this location hoping to sit down and enjoy my coffee. Although there isn't indoor seating, the barista who assisted me suggested some other locations which have indoor seating. He was very pleasant and I enjoyed my experience. Be aware there is a walk-up window where you can order as well as a drive-thru, but no indoor seating.“

“This location seems to always get it right! Never had a bad experience. Very friendly, quick , and awesome service especially when Andrew is working. Can’t go wrong with this place! I always get coffee from Starbucks, and some locations are hit or miss,but not this one…they are always on point!“

“For the price of the coffee I would prefer the cup to be full , every time I order a latte I get a 3/4 full cup including the foam , if people from this location read the reviews please make sure you fill the cups completely and it would be perfect“

“I stopped by and ended up sitting in the store for about an hour, and during that whole time one employee Tom (I believe that was his name) was absolutely doing the most in the best way possible.

He was everywhere. I watched him taking orders at the front register, helping with drinks and food for the drive-thru, restocking, and still somehow managing to greet every single guest who walked in with a smile. No matter how busy things got, he stayed polite, welcoming, and patient with everyone.

It’s rare to see someone working that hard while still keeping such a positive attitude. You can tell he genuinely cares about the customers and about doing a great job. Honestly, I wish I could retire this man myself after seeing how much effort he puts in!

Not only are the drinks crafted with care, but the staff is truly exceptional. Azalia and the rest of the team make this location feel special every time you visit.

“The one at MU is has great service! Opens early in the morning till late in the evening, which is pretty convinient for someone who is on campus the whole day! Only drawback, long queue, it takes about 15-20 mins during a rush hour to get a coffee.“

“The staff was amazing. I visited this location on Mother's Day which the day was emotional for me, as my mother is no longer with me. From the time I was greeted as I entered the door it felt like home. The message on my cup realy made my day brighter.

“It's a smaller Starbucks than the other stand-alone branches. This one is located in the State Farm building. To find it, once in the Marina Heights parking spot, look for the green umbrellas.The service was pretty quick, and on the weekends, there was hardly a line. However, on the weekdays, this place can get pretty packed..Just keep in mind, for this location, even if you buy something they will still charge you 54 cents (a nominal fee) for water unless you bring your own container. ;)“
