This store is ran so well. They do get busy at times with all of the corporate offices and foot traffic within the complex but the staff is always friendly, attentive, and working as hard and as quickly as possible. The management is top tier as well. Always greeted with a smile. Makes you want to visit!
Easily the worst Starbucks ive ever been to. Consistently wrong orders. Bad information and so much attitude displayed when attempting to ask questions.
I’m given a review to express significant dissatisfaction regarding a recent experience at 300 W Rio Salado same building as caravana.
On 04/20/2026 around 1:40 PM, I purchased a Coconut Ube drink which was unpalatable. I attempted to return or exchange it during my 3 PM break, but discovered the store was already closed for the day. As a long-standing rewards member, I stored the drink and returned it the following morning, 04/21/2026 shortly after opening hours.
