Easily the worst Starbucks ive ever been to. Consistently wrong orders. Bad information and so much attitude displayed when attempting to ask questions.
I’m given a review to express significant dissatisfaction regarding a recent experience at 300 W Rio Salado same building as caravana.
On 04/20/2026 around 1:40 PM, I purchased a Coconut Ube drink which was unpalatable. I attempted to return or exchange it during my 3 PM break, but discovered the store was already closed for the day. As a long-standing rewards member, I stored the drink and returned it the following morning, 04/21/2026 shortly after opening hours.
