Based on the reviews, Starbucks Coffee Company has very nice workers but often gets orders wrong. Drinks can be watered down or have too much creamer, and the food is inconsistent. The Impossible breakfast sandwich is a good option, but other items like the breakfast sandwich are often smashed or have the top layer pushed off, with cheese or meat stuck to the bag. The food can be extremely hot or, when cooled, hard and chewy like beef jerky. The service can be quick for placing an order, but getting the order takes a while. The music can be loud, and there is a lot of chatter from customers. In the drive thru, the staff was rude and did not get drinks correct. One customer also saw a dog run around for 20 minutes, barking at a new customer, and the manager never said a word. There are cheaper and better coffee shops, and some customers prefer going to the Warner and Dobson location for better service and drinks.
