Starbucks in Queen Creek

“This Starbucks consistently has the best customer service. The staff are polite, friendly and very quick getting orders out in the morning. I go here for my morning coffee instead of the drive through Starbucks down the street. Such a great atmosphere!“

“We went through the drive through just a few moments ago. I ordered a pup cup for my dog who just diagnosed with terminal cancer this morning. I was a wreck in the drive through, crying and sobbing. The sweet woman gave my pup and extra pup cup, and paid for our coffees. I could barely even say thank you bc I was already sobbing. She briefly mentioned that her pup passed over the rainbow bridge too. And I am just so grateful for that ladies kindness in that moment. It’s something I will never forget.“

“We usually use the drive thru to get my kids drinks before school and everyone is amazing but today the drive thru was closed and we had to go inside. I wish I caught her name but the sweetest blonde worker sat there talking to my kids the entire time while we waited on their orders. She made intentional conversation, complimented my daughter’s Hamilton nails and really just left an amazing impression. I know mornings are peak rush and it meant a lot to me as a mom, and to the kids that someone seemed interested in what they had to say. They didn’t stop talking about “how nice” this worker was until we got to the school. Keep spreading your joy in a chaotic world!“

“My wife and I have been coming here for years. Never any issues. I'm rating finally because today I went while it was raining with my infant daughter and dropped my coffees outside. Since it was raining hard I decided to take my daughter home and then go back to see if they could replace my drinks. Even though it was 20 minutes later and I threw the cups away they made the coffees again. Thank you!“
