Starbucks in Casa Grande

“Earlier today I picked up my mobile order and when i tasted it, it tasted extremely salty and almost sour. I went back when I found the time and let them know what had happened. The girl at the window was super nice and fixed me up a perfect remake. She even made sure I liked it before I left. Although the drink wasn’t good the first time, the customer service of this girl was absolutely amazing. She boosted my mood with her kind tone and assuring words. She really made my experience a whole lot better!“

The staff are great and remember your favorites if you are in all the time (like myself haha), it's just the right amount of busy during the week, the coffee is reliably great that I have gone out of my way to come to this Starbucks time and time again. Alexis stands out to me as she's always such a sweet barista and conversational it brightens my day. Will be coming back again and again for a long while.“
