Starbucks in Casa Grande

“Earlier today I picked up my mobile order and when i tasted it, it tasted extremely salty and almost sour. I went back when I found the time and let them know what had happened. The girl at the window was super nice and fixed me up a perfect remake. She even made sure I liked it before I left. Although the drink wasn’t good the first time, the customer service of this girl was absolutely amazing. She boosted my mood with her kind tone and assuring words. She really made my experience a whole lot better!“

“We went here as a massive dust storm was happening. We went inside so they didn't have to have the dust through the window. We ordered a frappaccino and a hot tea. They were both great. Very happy with the drinks. Also it looked like their truck had just been delivered as there were so many boxes in the lobby. Anyway thanks for the drinks.“

“Faith was amazing, super friendly and courteous. I couldn't have asked for a better experience, she is awesome. Thank you Faith, I'll definitely return just for you. We need more people like her in the world, it would be a better place.“
