Karissa was so helpful with my order. I wanted to try something new and she gave some great recommendations. Best coffee in Casa Grande with amazing staff.
Not too crowded. Friendly staff. Fast service. Ample seating. Spacious

Starbucks Coffee Company offers a variety of popular drinks and light snacks, including matcha with oatmilk, caramel ribbon crunch frappucino, and egg whites poppers. The drive-thru provides fast service, making it convenient for customers on the go, though the inside can be busy and sometimes slow, especially during peak times. The patio is a nice spot to relax. Staff members are friendly and work hard to improve the customer experience, often fixing orders when mistakes happen and ensuring customer satisfaction. Customers appreciate the good customer service and the effort staff puts into making their visit better. However, the location is notably more expensive than other Starbucks across different states. Some customers mention that ordering ahead via the app helps avoid long waits and order mistakes. Overall, while the drinks and service are appreciated, the busy atmosphere and higher prices are common concerns.
