“I just swung by this location after a tough morning and I was fortunate to encounter Victor in the drive thru. His energy is so positive that he completely turned my morning around. He comes across as a person who is authentically uplifting and I really feel blessed to be reminded that a smile and a positive word can completely shift the energy of the day. Thanks Victor! “A great cup of coffee just didn’t like how I was told how I wanted my coffee and she stated oh next time we’re just gonna have to make it a latte cause there’s no way to make or adding extra milk for charging a extra fee when I specifically said I had wanted that. I’m sorry I can’t have a lot of ice because I have bronchitis. You’re just gonna make me even more sick than what I am. But I shouldn’t have to explain my situation at all just make it how I said I want it“

“I just wanted to take some time to thank Bri the barista. I’ve gotten the iced shaken espresso so many times, but no one has ever made me aware of cheaper options. She explained how I could get a similar drink for the pick me up I needed, but at a cheaper price.

I realize Starbucks is in the business of making money, but it’s nice that when you encounter an employee who puts the customer first.

It was my first time at that particular Starbucks, but I won’t hesitate to go back, knowing someone like Bri works there.“

“This Starbucks goes above and beyond! I called last night with a specific request to help with our school’s class party and they were responsive, helpful, and accommodating. This morning when I came to pick up my order they were extremely kind and generous and honored my request even better than I could have expected. “Second Starbuck visit in a week, very unusual for me. This store is beautiful, clean and I have to say the staff is amazing! I was greatest immediately and staff is super super friendly. I had some time to kill so I ordered a bagel with cream cheese and a coffee and it brought over the toasted bagel with cream cheese for me did not expect that and my coffee was served in a ceramic mug is the first time that's ever happened at a Starbucks! I was a little taken back in a good way! These mugs are awesome it was a giant ceramic mug I want to buy them!“

“My family LOVES to bounce over here for our favorites. Caramel Ribbon Crunch Frappuccino(With extra caramel and extra extra crunch) is definitely one we love, one of the kiddos likes the chai options as well!
They're really good at following the simple requests for dairy free for thise who need it. (The oat milk is yummy)“

“The food and drink are always good and served by polite and friendly staff, however..

More times than not, my food/and/or drink smells like someone's body spray or perfume.

Last week, I could smell the scent in my car, driving down the road, even before I took a drink of the beverage.

Then when I drank from the cup, all I could smell was someone's perfume. Same story probably five times now from this location over the past month.

I really don't like leaving negative reviews, but I felt it appropriate as it happened again today.

Not cool guys, please turn the scent knob all the way to the left. I just paid almost $20 for a fast-food breakfast. I want to smell coffee when I drink it, and food when I eat it, not your choice of body enhancing scent. Thanks!“

“I absolutely love this Starbucks location! I am always greeted with friendly smiles and service that is beyond excellent. The manager is exceptional, always making sure my visit went well. There’s actually another Starbucks location less than a mile from my house but I will drive the 7 miles to go to the Ray Rd and McClintock store because these people are like family.“

“This is one of my favorite Starbucks locations. The drive-through is always incredibly quick, and the staff are just as friendly if you go inside. It’s honestly the fastest service I’ve experienced at a Starbucks in a long time. Everyone is upbeat, welcoming, and pleasant to be around. It’s also a great location to work from since it doesn’t get terribly busy, even though the inside is on the smaller side. Pictured is the Brown Sugar Shaken Espresso I grabbed today.“

“Best experience I ever had , talked to Leon about making his fav drink and he did not disappoint. This drink is a strawberry ice-cream with strawberry foam . But it has mango dragonfruit vanilla bean powder and chocolate cream foam. , I give this drink 5 stars- thank you Leon.
Also thanks to KELDRICK -the manager for having the most cleanest establishment I will be making another review next time my friends . This Starbucks ROCKS!!!!“

“The friendly and courteous service at this Starbucks is exceptional. The food and coffee are served quickly and personally. We enjoy the atmosphere that is created by the sincere, outgoing staff—Mike, Zen, Ashley, and Peyton, to name a few. They have created a relaxing and enjoyable experience and environment.“

“I am a frequent flyer at this location in the mornings and I won't go anywhere else! I think maybe once or twice they didn't get my drink right but I'm pretty sure I had a new barista. The crew is always smiling and fun to talk to. They always try to make it a personal experience and they actually remember you! I love seeing my favorite crew truly brightens my day! I apologize I don't know all the names & spellings of my favorite people, but there are at least 5-6 of them (including Alyson & Lydia) that seriously start my day off right!

I've tried other locations recently when I was in a jam but there was no comparison. The other staff at these other locations were non emotive and dry and their drinks showed it.

I love this group of employees and my coffee!! Give them a shot (pun intended) and you won't be disappointed!“

“My favorite croissant is the almond and most locations either don't have it that day or dont sell it at all anymore. Instead they keep pushing the gross chocolate which is cheap chocolate and not healthy at all. Drinks and almond croissant are 5 stars but rest of the food and service is just 3 stars. This rating is for all locations I have been to.“

“I work nearby and it's convenient to just hop inside and grab my drink. I believe the names of the 2 that have helped me basically every time I've been there are Melissa and Ramon. I drive past at least two or three locations to come to this one when I want a coffee and a snack or more importantly when my dog wants a pup cup! They never make us feel like we are bothering them for a pup cup unlike some locations have in the past.“

“I come to this Starbucks because it is not too crowded or noisy. It's a perfect place to get some work or study done with minimal distraction. The service is average, nothing out of the ordinary, but you don't have to wait for long to receive your order.“

“I love this location, they have the friendliest staff! They are busy on weekends so mobile order if you want to be in and out. Jordan is my favorite barista, always serving espresso with a smile and if you dont know what you want they can help with suggestions. They are conveniently located at the front if the mall free standing across from Kona grill and right by the valet.“
