PlainCroissant was good.Parking: Busy place. The Length of the Drive thru line can block the ability to drive around the parking area. Limited parking in front of building. Might need to park in the area to the north. it's only a few more feet away.“
“Came in this Sunday for a couple coffee travelers, pretty early in the morning I might add. I half expected them to be grumpy that early having to make 2 travelers right out the gate, but they were so kind. Emily took my order and was just happy and kind, was a great start to my Sunday!“

“When I walked in, I was greeted by a warm and friendly barista who made me feel right at home. The customer service at this Starbucks is truly exceptional. The staff is not only efficient and professional but also incredibly personable. They chatted with me, recommended drinks, and ensured that every aspect of my visit was enjoyable.One thing that stood out to me was the attention to detail in the presentation of the drinks. Each cup is carefully crafted, and the baristas take pride in creating beautiful latte art. They are passionate about what they do.Furthermore, the cleanliness of this Starbucks is impeccable. The tables, counters, and restrooms are well-maintained, adding to the overall positive experience.“
“I visited this Starbucks plenty of times and the service is usually pretty decent. However, today the service was exceptional! Aiden was polite, professional, and prompt! Our drinks were perfection embodied! What stood out though, is that this young man—Aiden—mistakenly dropped a cup meant for one of our drinks. Without hesitation, nor glance around to see if anyone saw, he picked it up, threw it in the bin, and grabbed a clean cup! I’ve seen other workers at different stores pick up an item from the floor and use it without batting an eye, and getting a new [clean] item is not the common decency others demonstrate! “Today my daughter and I went to this location. She was so excited to get her own drink. The kindness we received from Hadley was truly something I can't put in to words the way she deserves. “We were walking around the second floor Housewares section at Macy's and we were absolutely dumbfounded and flabbergasted when we started to smelled coffee. Where was it coming from? Was their coffee maker display somewhere? Did someone spill coffee somewhere? No! This Macy's actually has a mini-kiosk with a Barista. Hey, it came in very handy since we were tired of shopping for things for our new house. This is your standard Starbucks setup and they accept your scan-card or iPhone App. The shortcoming is there is only two seats. But this was a wonderful surprise, so thank you Macy's for thinking outside the, er box.“
“I visit this Starbucks 4-10x a week as live nearby. The staff (especially Jocelyn, who works morning) is Super friendly and quickly remembers locals/ repeat customers by name and their drinks. I go early on the weekends and mingle with other locals and their dog(s) that everyone pets, plays with and even sometimes feeds.. We talk local stuff, sports, cars, etc. The mid day and evening crowd can be more quieter with laptops out and working or just relaxing catching up with others in person or over the phone. Drive thru can be stacked up which can cause parking to be tricky. But park to the side or closer to BKs for ease. 5 stars; A+ as best Starbucks out of over 150+ over 5 countries I've visited.“
“A visit to Starbucks is pretty standard. My drink was made correctly and it tasted great. The barista was not very friendly, which surprised me, as I go to different Starbucks locations often & rarely encounter grumpy staff. Maybe just a bad day! All-in-all, this is a nice location with a nice patio.“
“This Starbucks had great customer service! I had issues with my drinks from another Starbucks and explained what happened to this store and they gave me two free drinks to make up for the problem with my last order from another Starbucks. Very friendly staff and super clean environment here.“

“Purchased a Venti but felt light. Could not drink till I got home 5 min later. Opened before drinking and seen it was missing a lot of coffee. Like they gave me a grande in a venti cup and filled the rest with whipped cream. The whipped cream was shrinking and this what was left .“

“Just order two drinks and snacks. The service was great, the drinks were made perfect and the snacks were warmed up. The baristas even left encouraging notes on our cups which had never happened before ☺️ they even gave us a package of siracha for the bacon and egg wrap, I didn't even know they had siracha.“
“I was a little disappointed in the customer service at this location. The girl at the register in the drive through did not seem to be very nice even though I was very kind to her. Maybe she was having a bad day. I don't know. Hopefully my next visit will be a more pleasant one.“

“I very seldom go to a walk-in Starbucks because I hate that packed-in feeling that some of the stores have but this one was very efficient in moving the orders out so customers weren't waiting too long. The folks who work there were friendly and helpful even though they were very busy!“
