Starbucks in Glendale

“Seriously, I cannot sign into the Starbucks app. I’ve had many many baristas try I’ve called customer service. Nobody can figure out why I cannot choose a country and without choosing a country you can’t use the app so therefore I can’t use the app. But this Starbucks has gone above and beyond and literally tried to help me with my phone calling customer service to try and get Me app help. Not only that but they’re friendly quick and I love going to the Starbucks. It’s my favoriteof all the 50 million Starbucks I got.“

“I ran into before a 12 hour shift and Griffin was quick to take my order, was kind, and wrote a sweet message on the cup!! The drink was also fantastic! Even though I was brief, she had a sweet attitude and went the extra mile to make sure my drink was ready quickly. I will definitely be back to this location solely based on the joyful energy!“

“i’ve been coming to this starbucks location for nearly 2 years and it’s probably the best location i’ve ever been to. i usually order during early to late mornings, rarely during the afternoon and the staff are very polite and friendly. since i’ve been going for so long most morning staff remember my name and because i almost always order the same thing, they remember my order. they are very helpful and knowledgeable about their menu items if you ever have questions. when starbucks removed the liquid sugar cane from their menu, a staff member at this location helped me figure out a new alternative (and even how much i should use so my drinks wouldn’t taste any differently) for me since it was the only sweetener i’d ever used. i’ve never had any issues with my drinks tasting different, which has happened before at other locations. my coffee always tastes the exact way it should and, when i order it, so does the ice black tea. at other locations i’ve always had issues with the black tea tasting different because the tea leaves were steeped for too long. in the late mornings when they are usually at their busiest, the wait times are not as long as they could be (i’ve waited up to 15-20min for a drink/coffee at other locations in the surrounding area and have also had my food items taken by other customers). they’re always adequately staffed for their rushes so you don’t hopefully have to wait too long. if they feel you have been waiting for a while they usually ask what you ordered/what your waiting on and they will give you an update on when it will be out. this is my favorite location ever and i have and would continue to recommend others come to this location especially if you plan on sitting in and enjoying your coffee and/or food. if you’re ordering through the app to pick up, the app is very accurate with their wait time and if they aren’t as busy they may be faster then the app states.“

“This Starbucks at Luke AFB in Glendale AZ has the best friendly kind customer service, I love coming in every morning im on base to be greeted by TJ or Gabby.
They are truly the 2 of my favorite faces i love to see in the morning while getting my coffee.
No matter the day, both of them always greet everyone with a mile, kindness and always ask how our day is going, i highly recommend this location.“

“This Starbucks is a great location. It can get busy during the morning rush, but the staff always seem to keep things moving quickly. Orders are consistently accurate, and the employees are extremely friendly, welcoming, and helpful. The atmosphere is positive, and customers are treated warmly even during peak hours. Overall, this is one of the better Starbucks locations I've visited and a reliable spot for great service and drinks.“

“A visit to Starbucks is pretty standard. My drink was made correctly and it tasted great. The barista was not very friendly, which surprised me, as I go to different Starbucks locations often & rarely encounter grumpy staff. Maybe just a bad day! All-in-all, this is a nice location with a nice patio.“

“Purchased a Venti but felt light. Could not drink till I got home 5 min later. Opened before drinking and seen it was missing a lot of coffee. Like they gave me a grande in a venti cup and filled the rest with whipped cream. The whipped cream was shrinking and this what was left .“

“Service was fantastic. Bennett the AM came out to greet me and ask me how my day was going. I ordered coffee and they even brought it to my table. Very personable experience. The Starbucks brand is definately improving. Ordered a nice cold brew.“

“I am a Starbucks regular, just not at this location. It's missing something that I cannot quite put my finger on. The store, besides being perpetually busy and often understaffed, just doesn't emit "friendly" at times. Their drinks are usually on point, however they are not always delivered with a happy face. Seems to be lots of turnover. I think my biggest pet peeve here, is that it's poorly designed for a drive thru location. It's sandwiched in between other retailers, and the drive thru line often impedes normal parking spots. I would in all honesty go to this location more often than about once a month, if it wasn't such a pain to park, but more importantly if the service sped up and became somewhat friendlier.“

“This location is the best. I notice that baristas actually enjoy doing their job and are always willing to help out! I never wait for too long whether i'm in the drive thru or walking up to the window :) Not to mention, they always have every pastry and sandwich in stock. Highly recommend this store 😇🩷“

“Usually a good experience. Today however, when I arrived to pick up my pre-ordered coffee, it wasn’t good. I walked in, I saw my coffee, I went to the barista and gave my name. She scanned the coffees sitting on the bar, said nothing, and went back to making coffees and handing out coffees. After standing there and waiting for 5 minutes, she asked for my name again. I gave her my name and she gave me my coffee which was sitting there the whole time. What kind of service is that??!! I have a name for people like that....“

“Just order two drinks and snacks. The service was great, the drinks were made perfect and the snacks were warmed up. The baristas even left encouraging notes on our cups which had never happened before ☺️ they even gave us a package of siracha for the bacon and egg wrap, I didn't even know they had siracha.“

My drinks are always prepared exactly to order, perfectly hot or iced, and handed over with a genuine smile. It is the perfect, reliable neighborhood spot to grab your morning caffeine fix, get some quick work done, or just treat yourself during a busy afternoon.
