I decided to leave a post today because every time I come in customer service is mediocre.

I can't have my coffee, including a caramel frappe because they don't have coffee base
Poor excuse, poor lack of planning.
I'm never coming back again.

Ordered an iced decaf soy latte. I really didn't care for it. I've had this same drink for years but this one had an off- taste. Almost bitter.
I took my daughter there yesterday.
There was a young blonde girl working the counter, and she was miserable!! Acted like we were bothering her by patronizing the place! She literally had a scowl on her face the entire time. Took our order, then left to go outside, leaving the other girl to fend for herself. Came back a few minutes later, and just stood in the back looking like she hates her job!!

Starbucks is a welcoming environment with outstanding customer service. The staff is friendly, and orders are always perfect. While there are vegetarian options available, some changes in the staff have affected the overall experience. Additionally, there are various milk alternatives offered, albeit at an extra cost.
