This is why I've switched to Dutch bros...I walked up to the counter to order and the barista whispered " oh my fucking god " rolled her eyes and just stared at me, I ordered my drink and patiently waited for it to come out.. she continued to complain behind the counter about not wanting to be there & disliking her job.. my drink came out but she didn't call it out or say here are your drinks.. I wasn't sure it was mine so I asked, she ignored me.. my drink honestly sucked. As I was leaving a said to her (kind of loudly as both baristas had an attitude) "I hope your day gets better " she rolled her eyes and I left.The whole experience was very bad. Every time, specifically this location, the service & drink quality are significantly BELOW par. I will NOT shop at this frys or Starbucks any more. This was at 4:54 pm, I get they were probably getting ready to close however that is unacceptable behavior and if you truly dislike your job THAT much, maybe it's time to find a new one. This is not the first time I've ordered drinks from her and not the first time she's been awful to the customers.

Tell me why this Dinosaur lets me look over the menu , let’s me order my long drink just to tell me they don’t have coffee. You couldn’t have told me you were out of coffee while I was looking instead of looking my up and down like some judgmental southern grandma .

I should know better than to come to an Starbucks. Their service is way too slow and their drinks are getting smaller while the prices higher. The staff acts like you inconvenienced them when you order. Starbucks is honestly overrated.

These have to be the most unfriendly, rudest girls in any Starbucks that I've ever been in. Des and Sid and dark hair girl in braids that throws everything around while mumbling to herself something she's bitchin about and could care less how you want your drink. Every time I'm in there I hear them talking s*** about the company and you can just tell they hate their jobs. They need to get out there and find something that more suits them instead of making me feel like crap for ordering a drink that comes out right about 1 in 4. Summer and Cat are super sweet and friendly and always make me feel welcome.

Worst service I've had at a Starbucks the employee had a bad attitude and had nothing of what I needed not even change for what I wanted to buy
Didn't have the ingredients for a medicine ball? Weak
Don’t even bother. Employees would rather talk to each other than acknowledge your existence
Really slow and not friendly. Not busy. Will not try this Starbucks again vs the standalones
