Kathy was the absolute worst person I have ever run into. She took my order and i asked for a iced caramel macchiato and then wanted to change to a hot right after and she literally said no. I thought she was joking but she remained stone faced. I’m not sure how you can employ someone like this in your business. Thankfully Dutch bros is so much nicer and better customer service.I complained to Melissa the manager and she offered to remake the drink. She was very nice and understanding...read full review
One of the best starbucks around.This place has everything you want in a Starbucks. They make the drinks perfect and fast. the inside clean. the staff are friendly. Came in this Sunday for a couple coffee travelers, pretty early in the morning I might add. I half expected them to be grumpy that early having to make 2 travelers right out the gate, but they were so kind. Emily took my order and was just happy and kind, was a great start to my Sunday!
