Delivery drivers asked to ensure order is complete then item is often missing, like customer noted when ordering. We don’t want to open bags but when a customer asks us to and something is indeed missing we certainly don’t want staff at restaurant to tell us their policy of remaking order because we opened the bag, not our problem. Orders should be complete before sealing bags not us drivers losing pay for deliveries missing items, driving back doubling our mileage on already often low paying orders, or getting bad reviews when customer means to leave review for restaurant staff. Triple check yourselves!

Not a big fan of this location, second time in 3 days I have been to this location and both times took at least 10 plus minutes, cause the lady felt the need to socialize inside of doing her job.

Very slow location. They were marking drinks as complete so the mobile app would show quick order times. Waited almost half an hour for my drink.

Went this location because it said it was open till 1:30 on Christmas Day got there there was a lady at the door that would not let anybody in mind you it was 12:50 she said that they were too busy and they weren't letting anybody else in and that they had closed at 1 o'clock mind you again the website said 1:30 so mine you there were 8 people out side who just drove up the lady at the front said to go to another one so much for customer service!!

They put a sticker on every order and call every name, unless you're a mobile order, even though there's a mobile order section. Apparently you have to tell them you're there before they present the drink. (Chic fila would never) Starbucks corporation needs to hurry up and replace this staff with robots.

Came in this Sunday for a couple coffee travelers, pretty early in the morning I might add. I half expected them to be grumpy that early having to make 2 travelers right out the gate, but they were so kind. Emily took my order and was just happy and kind, was a great start to my Sunday!

Kathy was the absolute worst person I have ever run into. She took my order and i asked for a iced caramel macchiato and then wanted to change to a hot right after and she literally said no. I thought she was joking but she remained stone faced. I’m not sure how you can employ someone like this in your business. Thankfully Dutch bros is so much nicer and better customer service.I complained to Melissa the manager and she offered to remake the drink. She was very nice and understanding so I do appreciate the rest of the staff and Melissa was great.

Very non professional stuff, I ordered an paradise Drinc venty one and the cup was full with aice and they didn’t put frizz pineapple and when I was back to ask for refill because literally it was 70% with aice they wanted to charge me the full price
