Sat for 14 minutes behind 3 cars in drive thru. Car at window was trying to refund cup and shop for another one. When that happens please send customer inside. Customer should of known better too. Not impressed with customer service at this one. Hit and miss. When I go inside half the time staff is grumpy. That comes down to management.
I came in today at 4:35pm to redeem my birthday drink. I unfortunately didn’t get his name but he took my order. He was so sweet and really made the experience so pleasant! Truly made my day and I hope he gets a promotion ASAP <3
