“My friend was visiting me with her two children, and I had my two children with me as well. We went to play at Arcadia Park, and afterwards we decided to stop by Starbucks while we waited for the yogurt place nearby to open. Having four kids with us was a little stressful because we knew it might be hard to get them all to sit down and stay still.

Thomas met us with smiles and genuine happiness and made us feel so welcome. I have never been to a Starbucks where I felt more welcome than I did here. His attitude and calm, kind nature made us feel like we weren’t a burden at all, but that we were truly welcome.

I can’t explain how nice that feels, especially when you don’t come across people like that very often. Thomas is amazing. He deserves the world. He is the best Starbucks employee I’ve ever met, and honestly not just Starbucks — he’s one of the kindest employees I’ve ever encountered anywhere.

“I stopped into this Starbucks in a bit of a rush and just ordered a water and a Strawberry Açaí Lemonade Refresher. I didn’t catch the correct spelling of their names, but I want to recognize Alisa and Tinae for making the quick stop such a positive one. Tinae especially seemed to pick up on the fact that it had been a rough day, and her kindness and upbeat attitude really lifted my mood. Both Alisa and Tinae were incredibly pleasant and made the interaction memorable, even for such a simple order. Excellent customer service—highly recommend this location!“

“I saw a young Barista by the name of Priscilla signs language to an older gentleman thought it might of been a family member, when I asked Priscilla let me know it was one of her regular customers and that he taught her so they could communicate. Blew me away that she would take the time to learn and make his experience the best one he could have. You can tell that Priscilla has a kindred soul and an amazing heart. “My love always gets me lattes and teas from this location and they’re better than the drive through Starbucks in the area. The staff is always super kind and warm to us and says hi to our four year old. When I find the name of the gentleman who helped us this morning I’ll add it. He was so nice and helpful. I prefer going here instead of other locations.“

“Places my order online and the app said it works be ready in 3-6 minutes. I arrived soon after ordering and I breezed through that drive thru. There were cars in front of me, the wait was maybe 2 minutes. When I arrived at the window my hot coffee was handed to me and my sandwich.“

“On a whim today, I took my aunt to this location. I think she had ever been in a Starbucks once, so this was out of her wheelhouse. We were immediately greeted and our Barista, Angela, realized that she didn't really know what to order. She asked a few questions to gage what my aunt was looking for and offered a variety of options. She could tell that my aunt was in unfamiliar territory, so she offered to make something different if she didn't like it. My aunt has a verrrry sweet tooth, so she started adding sugar packets. Angela noticed and approached us at our table. She offered an option to add caramel to sweeten it up to her liking. Angela was observant, flexible, kind, and an all around great person. “This location is always usually busy but the drive thru line goes pretty quick. If there is ever any mistake and you let them know right away they have fixed it right away no questions asked. “Regina is the best coffee maker there is.. She knows me and my friends drinks before we even get to the counter she's already preparing our drinks. Also while she is making our drinks when customers come to the line, she already knows their drinks as well.. “So no drive thru. They didn't gave grande or venti coffee lids... lady was nice about it but was frustrating after only 3 hours sleep and no time to go to another. Another thing, seems it's trending, almost hot coffee... can literally guzzle it.... did they lose a lawsuit?“

“I really like visiting this Starbucks. The manager knows me by name and they always get my order right. They have indoor and outdoor seating as well as a private room you can rent. I'm not sure how to get access as I've never used it.

One time I needed to have a meeting there and my 16 year old daughter was with me. She had her food from a different restaurant with her and had to sit inside to eat and do her homework. They didn't say anything to her for the entire 2 hours she sat there“

Kid-friendliness: My daughter loves to get a creme Frappuccino. You can get any Frappuccino in a creme version (no coffee), it's more like a milkshake.

Wheelchair accessibility: Perfect parking right up front. Ramp out front and off to the sides of the building. “

“The staff at this location has always without a doubt turn even the worst of mornings into positive ones. From the speedy delivery service to the wonderful little messages or stickers left on the cups upon delivery. Every staff member is always smiling and greeting with a positive attitude. Parking: You have to park in the fry’s lot and then go into fry’s to go to Starbucks. If you are looking for a drive thru/quicker alternative there is a Starbucks across the street!

“No tables to sit down at any more. So not a real friendly atmosphere.And if you walk in, there isn't even a menu on the wall! I used to enjoy going there and just watching people and enjoying coffee with my daughter or my grandchildren. I very rarely go to starbucks anymore.“

“I shop at this Target often and I rarely stop at the Starbucks inside…but today I decided to stop there and try the Horchata Shaken Espresso because I saw the sign inside the store. The barista was so nice and made me a sample of the new Summer drink. Both drinks were AMAZING!!“

“I had such a wonderful experience at this Starbucks location on 7th St & Osborn. What impressed me the most was how clean, convenient, and thoughtful the restroom/handwashing area was. Unlike many places where you have to ask for a code or deal with limited restroom access, this location made it easy and comfortable for customers to wash their hands right away.

They even have two modern all-in-one handwashing bars, which include everything in one place and make the experience feel very clean, convenient, and high-quality. It shows that this location really cares about customer comfort and hygiene.

The barista who helped me today was also amazing — friendly, professional, and very pleasant. My coffee was great, and the service made the whole visit feel even better. I truly appreciate a Starbucks location that combines good coffee, great service, and thoughtful details for customers.

“Quick service at the drive thru. Placed a mobile order, and as soon as I pulled up, the barista heard my pups in the back and when I gave her my name, she was quick to add the two pup cups for me. My boys and I all loved our sweet treats. The whole order was great, and I live the new protein cold foam. I got the vanilla one one my chai, and that will definitely be a regular mod for me moving forward!“
