“I stopped into this Starbucks in a bit of a rush and just ordered a water and a Strawberry Açaí Lemonade Refresher. I didn’t catch the correct spelling of their names, but I want to recognize Alisa and Tinae for making the quick stop such a positive one. Tinae especially seemed to pick up on the fact that it had been a rough day, and her kindness and upbeat attitude really lifted my mood. Both Alisa and Tinae were incredibly pleasant and made the interaction memorable, even for such a simple order. Excellent customer service—highly recommend this location!“

“The absolute sweetest barista Ryan, I had just gotten off a 12 hour night shift over at the hospital and my coffee order had been messed up at a different location. He corrected it and made me a new coffee no questions asked, this is exactly the kind of service everyone should strive for will definitely be my new go to location. Saved my morning☺️“

“On a whim today, I took my aunt to this location. I think she had ever been in a Starbucks once, so this was out of her wheelhouse. We were immediately greeted and our Barista, Angela, realized that she didn't really know what to order. She asked a few questions to gage what my aunt was looking for and offered a variety of options. She could tell that my aunt was in unfamiliar territory, so she offered to make something different if she didn't like it. My aunt has a verrrry sweet tooth, so she started adding sugar packets. Angela noticed and approached us at our table. She offered an option to add caramel to sweeten it up to her liking. Angela was observant, flexible, kind, and an all around great person. “Wow. My friends and I went in after being disappointed with another Starbucks, and we could not stop complimenting this place. From the spacious counters, seating space and the attitudes of the Starbucks workers. Everyone was so happy to work there and greet guests. There was a lady there who I assume was the supervisor or manager and she was a great leader, she was encouraging and delegating. She took the time to thank guests. And just wow we were flabbergasted by the whole establishment.“

I’ve been coming here for years- multiple times a week and I’m always greeted with a smile and when time allows a conversation. They are so welcoming and my drinks and food are always on par. “Places my order online and the app said it works be ready in 3-6 minutes. I arrived soon after ordering and I breezed through that drive thru. There were cars in front of me, the wait was maybe 2 minutes. When I arrived at the window my hot coffee was handed to me and my sandwich.“

“I stop by the drive thru at this location on my way into work a few times a month (yes, sometimes a few times a week!). The staff is consistently friendly, regardless who is at the window. They also get the orders out quick, even during busy morning rush hour. This isn't always the case at other locations. This is by far one of the best Starbuck's I've been to in terms of service and efficiency.“

“This location is always usually busy but the drive thru line goes pretty quick. If there is ever any mistake and you let them know right away they have fixed it right away no questions asked. The baristas are all always so nice and friendly. Their cake pops are amazing. If you go in, the inside is always clean even the bathrooms.“

“Regina is the best coffee maker there is.. She knows me and my friends drinks before we even get to the counter she's already preparing our drinks. Also while she is making our drinks when customers come to the line, she already knows their drinks as well.. “I've been visiting this location since 2020 and, believe me, I've witnessed it all. I once rated it 5 stars but refrained from writing a review, as I felt it wouldn't reflect the truth because of its inconsistency. And it wasn't quite at its best. However, yesterday inspired me to share my thoughts because this place is the best I've ever seen. The staff is fantastic, and the environment is spotless. They constantly clean the tables and the doors, which I absolutely love, and this is a testament to their hard work. The employees are kind, creating a genuinely enjoyable atmosphere. Now, I'm sitting down before work, which speaks volumes. This new team has transformed the space into something special worth writing about. Well done, and please continue the great work. His voice tone and demeanor is especially friendly. He made sure to include the sleeves on our hot beverages. He asked if I wanted to use rewards and made sure none were expiring imminently. When I squeezed the cup a little too hard upon receiving it, he saw foam and immediately gave me a napkin.

“I really like visiting this Starbucks. The manager knows me by name and they always get my order right. They have indoor and outdoor seating as well as a private room you can rent. I'm not sure how to get access as I've never used it.

One time I needed to have a meeting there and my 16 year old daughter was with me. She had her food from a different restaurant with her and had to sit inside to eat and do her homework. They didn't say anything to her for the entire 2 hours she sat there“

Kid-friendliness: My daughter loves to get a creme Frappuccino. You can get any Frappuccino in a creme version (no coffee), it's more like a milkshake.

Wheelchair accessibility: Perfect parking right up front. Ramp out front and off to the sides of the building. “

“The staff at this location has always without a doubt turn even the worst of mornings into positive ones. From the speedy delivery service to the wonderful little messages or stickers left on the cups upon delivery. Every staff member is always smiling and greeting with a positive attitude. I love Starbucks and this just makes me love it even more. Thank you all and keep up the great job!“

“They added way too much peppermint to my drink so I asked them to add more chocolate but they just replaced the drink… very good customer service and friendly staff.

Parking: You have to park in the fry’s lot and then go into fry’s to go to Starbucks. If you are looking for a drive thru/quicker alternative there is a Starbucks across the street!

“Starbucks in Safeway was fine, but there was only one person working and had to get a couple of buckets of ice before work ing on my order. They did not see my order from the app so no time saved there. Apologies we're made and the drink was good.“

“I really enjoyed having a place to hang out while mom had treatment next door. I do not like sitting in air conditioned waiting rooms, so this was perfect for me, and the misters were an added bonus. Very friendly staff & customers too!“

“Quick service at the drive thru. Placed a mobile order, and as soon as I pulled up, the barista heard my pups in the back and when I gave her my name, she was quick to add the two pup cups for me. My boys and I all loved our sweet treats. The whole order was great, and I live the new protein cold foam. I got the vanilla one one my chai, and that will definitely be a regular mod for me moving forward!“

“Starbucks is ALWAYS AWESOME! Sometimes bossy people who work there bother me, but that's rare. Usually that's when they're getting in my face about not wearing a mask. BTW, did you hear about the massive new Danish study on acpjournals dot org (November 18, 2020) that said "masks may actually increase Covid infection rates?" “This is a great Starbucks location. There is lots of seating and the staff is very helpful. I ordered a green tea and a breakfast sandwich. As usual most of their food is usually just preheated so it was just okay. But nobody really comes here for the food, the green tea was delicious and the people I was with enjoyed their coffee. It does get a little loud in here and echoes, but overall it's a great vibe because the staff in the morning was very friendly and the service was super quick.

Parking: This is a very easy Starbucks to park. It has plenty of parking spots and easily to access handicap spots“

“Steph is just amazing. I saw the way she was interacting with her coworkers and customers and just felt her energy. She did something for me on a hard day while I had my little one on my way to pick up my husband for the doctors office and I didn’t make my coffee this morning which is why I was there in the first place. I got a pumpkin loaf and I told her how much I used to love these back in my Starbucks days 20 years ago. I told her we used to put butter on them before putting them into the oven and sometimes I ramble and I get people are busy but Steph was listening. She made my load just as i remembered. I have a hard time doing things for me these days and life has been crazy so it’s not wonder why something so small made my eyes water. Thank you Steph and I hope this finds you one day. “Went in with my mother, who wasn't having the best day, and she dropped her entire drink in the parking lot by accident. I went back in and the barista was incredibly sweet making a new drink and leaving a nice little note to cheer up my mom. Thank you! “This is my first experience with a drive-through and walk up only Starbucks. I had some time so I decided to park and walk up. The service was still on par with other Starbucks restaurants, and I received my order in about the same time as one of the drive-through cars. They have a nice little covered patio that would be great anytime except midsummer since it’s on the west side. Note that Swig is next-door, and the Swig drive-through can get crazy at the end of the day. This may impede access to the Starbucks on one side.“
