Based on the reviews, the Starbucks Coffee Company has a great staff and an efficient drive thru. However, the music is played like a night club, making conversation and work a huge distraction. A customer received a pumpkin loaf and a burnt Pike Place was the only available hot coffee. The staff was friendly, and one employee was listening and made a difference for a customer.
