They always have difficulty taking my code from the App and hassle me about it saying it's the wrong code, but I get a message saying I already used that discount today. So I have to play full price. They say they know nothing about the App. If that's true then they need training so they can help and understand their customers needs. Also, they have no idea what customer service means. Buns were kinda hard like tough in a pretzel kinda hard way not good on a burger. Nuggets we're stuck together and not cooked all the way through it was the end of the night probably rushing to get order out but product should be the same no matter the time. It was thirty min before close. Plenty of time. The staff was friendly though. The food was just rushed and bad and too late to take back and complain about it and didn't get receipt to call so. Bad on me.

Wait time is ridiculous. Every time without fail when we go and pickup a mobile order, we end up waiting at least 15 minutes in the drive thru waiting spots. They have employees just sitting in the lobby playing on their phones waiting to take these orders out to the cars waiting for drive thru orders. Maybe they should put them to work to speed things up.
