Thanks Alan for helping me understand the app i appreciate you
The staff were extremely friendly and commutative with me from the moment I entered the building. I felt more welcome and present than I typically do in what Id consider a fast food establishment. After collecting my order, the employees gave me a free sandwich simply because they made too much food, without asking any more. Great location for Dunkin donuts, I will definitely be returning :)
Very nice, great customer service, great coffee

Dunkin' is a popular spot for coffee lovers, with some customers visiting daily. While wait times can be long, the manager is responsive to issues and ensures orders are correct. The staff is generally friendly and kind, with some customers praising their excellent service. The menu accommodates dietary restrictions, offering non-dairy options like almond milk and oat milk. Customers appreciate the friendly staff and the ability to customize drinks, such as the iced caramel macchiato. However, there have been instances where menu prices were not updated, leading to some confusion at checkout. One customer praised a staff member for going above and beyond to ensure their order was correct and their coupons were accepted, making the visit smooth and enjoyable. Some customers feel that the balance between caring for walk-in customers and drive-thru orders could be improved, and there is a desire for more popular donuts, as they often seem to be out of favorites. Despite these issues, Dunkin' retains loyal customers who enjoy their coffee and friendly service.
