The staff were extremely friendly and commutative with me from the moment I entered the building. I felt more welcome and present than I typically do in what Id consider a fast food establishment. After collecting my order, the employees gave me a free sandwich simply because they made too much food, without asking any more. Great location for Dunkin donuts, I will definitely be returning :)

wow! they must have gotten a new GM because i just received the best customer service ever. I waited a little longer than normal than a brown sugar shaken espresso and large mocha would take and the manager came by apologized for the wait and gave our coffee to us for free. i buy a brown sugar shaken epresso almost everyday. i will make sure to give this store and this store only my business for my daily coffee.

The service was great but I wasn't too happy with the food. I got some donut holes which were amazing but the hash brown rounds were genuinely horrible. Don't know if it was just a bad batch or what but they were somehow burnt and soggy and no joke, kinda taked like dirty dish water. A sad waste of $4 since I couldn't stand to eat them.
