When I use the drive thru it is specifically to avoid parking and waiting for my order. I don't understand the logic behind asking someone to do this when their order consists of only a couple of items. I could understand this process for a large order... absolutely not inconveniencing myself in this situation. This is the whole point of choosing the drive thru.I will wait at the window but I am absolutely not pulling around to park and wait for my order of 4 items or less.What's funny is that once I let them know I will be waiting at the window and not pulling around to park and wait...I have my order in 2 minutes or less.?

I stop by after bike riding in the area. Every time they have the poorest attitude towards someone just ordering a cold drink without the app. This is with multiple individuals running the drive thru. Management might need to go through training again.

No person able to take order. Have to order through kiosk.Also, it is shared with a gas station.Not to mention, Someone was asleep in the bathroom I had to make the gas station clerk aware.
I came to get two sausage egg and cheese McMuffins and a medium ice coffee normally cost about 8 bucks and manager charged me over all ten bucks and only gave me one mcmuffin and didn't give. Me the other one it's 2 for five but walked away being rude to me this morning I left all the stuff although paid for it and went to work hungry , I hope he gets fired for being rude turning his back on me I went there every morning never had a problem I think I am white so he decided pulling a racist card on me I don't recommend going there unless you thoroughly check what you ordered
