Eesh. Don't expect these employees to be happy that you are here. I left a $2 tip and caught an unappreciative attitude from the lady that took my orderI purposely waited to put the extra money in their tip jar so she would see it. She just stated at me with this snarky look on her face. I motioned to the tip jar and she said "thank you" in the lamest way possible . Then had an attitude for me with another sarcastic thank you when she brought my food order. You know, those little sandwiches that they heat up for you? Someone else made the coffee.I felt upset when I left and was in a good mood before I came.Epic fail for the Starbucks at 7 th st and Thunderbird in Phoenix.

The BEST Starbucks ever...and I've been to many. The staff is the friendliest. Beautiful smiles every morning. ❤️ Coffee always delicious and made to order. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

I have been going to this location for almost 2 years and I have never been disappointed in the service that I have recieved. A few days ago I went through the drive through to pick up my mobile order. I didn’t realize until it was too late that I had chosen a different location on my Starbucks app. The employee at the drive through window was so kind and made my order despite the fact that I accidentally chosen the wrong location on my mobile order. I wish that I had gotten her name.

The baristas and manager in the evening shift today 3/5/24 were very very rude. Upon ordering they were rushing me to take my order. When I pulled up the window to pay for my items. 2/4 items were incorrect. I had ordered 2 coffee frappes with whipped cream. I know the coffee frappes don’t come with whipped cream so I ask upon ordering my drinks for it to be added. When I got my drinks they had caramel syrup on the whipped cream and the baristas and manager argued with me stating that the coffee frappe comes with whipped cream and caramel syrup and they do not on the Starbucks website. They took the drinks back and made new ones and once again they were wrong. They had no whipped cream even though I had asked for it a second time.They were so rude about the whole situation and I am very upset. The manager is supposed to be professional and she was the rudest of them all. She was shoving the frappes in my face with a disrespectful tone saying if there is anything else they could do for me. I felt discriminated and I visit this Starbucks frequently and I’m not planning to come back.

Prior to today's visit there was a dispute between my guest and the worker Blaze. After being extremely loud pushing chairs in, my guest was a bit rude to Blaze. I asked kindly if they could be more kind to their guests. Blaze refused any error and we pretty much had to accept this behavior. Ok. That was months ago. Evidently these people hold grudges. As I made my order today and pulled up to pay, I was NOT greeted by barista but handed food and a quick refusal to take my old Starbucks cup and throw in trash. I'm fine with that I suppose but not the incredibly RUDE barista. Starbucks...you aren't that good. I will search for a new place to get my coffee.

At John Lady, behind the counter with black T-shirt with white stripes. I never have an attitude from anybody at any at the StarbucksAnywhere in the country like this lady maybe she’s not happy. She probably. Not happy with her job, but she is very good about being on the phone testing but oh well just to let you guys know

So today I places a pick up order at this location. When I got there they gave me the wrong sizes on one of the drinks. I told the manager and showed him my receipt and still chose to do nothing about it so I left and also the manager had a nasty attitude the whole time I was their and on top of that they don’t know how to make the drink they put the starberries on top instead of mixing them in the drink they also didn’t fill the other drink with whipped cream all the way like are they stingy or what. They also were cleaning while we were there I understand that cleaning the tables are ok but mopping the floor while customers are there and displaying the dirty water is nasty they should save it towards the end. What really made me mad was that the staff were just rude and looked like they were annoyed to work. Never coming to this location again

Love that they keep the temp low! We are in Arizona after all. Just wanted to say I had a great experience with the staff here, my cashier was excellent and the young lady who helped my daughter and me with our drinks and pup cup was kind, accommodating and quick. Just a perfect experience all around. Thank you!

Service and coffee is fine but I don’t think they want dine in customers, because the temp inside is mid 60s f !! Asked if they could adjust the thermostat but was pretty much ignored.

In-store cafe was closed despite being open on the app for mobile pickup. The lady at the drive thru was friendly though and was able to get me my items immediately. She said something about it being due to staff shortages!
