Starbucks in Mesa

“I have only ordered drinks here and they have all been on spot. Friendly customer service as well.
Today I got the iced brown sugar shaken espresso which was delicious.
On the smaller side, but nice vibe and atmosphere
The parking can get tight as the line for the drive through starts there.“

“Love this location! I asked for water in my personal cup in the drive thru - the girlie at the window saw that my cup was way bigger than the water that was prepared for me and she filled up my cup the rest of the way with ice and water without hesitation. An actual angel in this desert!!“

“I normally wouldn’t go back on a drink that wasn’t correct especially if it was a case where I have driven off to a farther location. But today, i was at work, right around the corner and had a little extra time… and this store does not ever make mistakes 9.5/10 times. Especially never my drink. So this rare occasion was 1 in a million. Whether it was a mix up on drinks or perhaps some crossover of flavor somehow, it was not a big deal. They have always taken care of their patrons and always greet everyone with a welcome in or a good morning!! And today was no different. I hate coming back to have a drink fixed but they were very ready to do so. I appreciate them so much! Cuz now I’m drinking a delicious, perfectly made decaf brown sugar oat milk latte instead of what I think may have been tea… which while tasty… was not my decaf brown sugar oat milk latte that they so perfectly make 🤤🤤🤤🤤. Love this team!! Thank you for all you do!“

“Tori, Marlee, and Wyatt are the coolest Starbucks team ever. They all made me feel so welcome and I didn’t want to leave after the 3 minutes tops it took them to provide their excellent barista services. 10/10, would recommend. Also, the cute pic Marleee drew on my cup, along with the sweet message, made my week! Tori always pops out to say hi when she’s busy, as well as Wyatt. Love them, miss Shane, where has he been????“

“Pretty sure I ordered hot mocha. Was in a slight hurry when i grabbed the drinks, so it didn't register that mine was made iced instead as I thought it was my mom's drink that was iced.

Also, please bring back the impossible sandwich. I really dislike cheese, and you can't take all the cheese off of the egg and pesto because for some strange reason it's on top of the bun 😐.“

“I love the people at the Starbucks at Recker and McKellips in the Frys. They are all amazing people!

Kid-friendliness: It's in a grocery store and they treat the kids great

Parking: Parking lot of a grocery store

Wheelchair accessibility: Lots of handicap party and easy access to everything“

“I don't know what's been going on with all the other Starbucks around the city but I recently moved here because its the only place where the workers are working and also have energy for work. It is so nice to be able to go somewhere where you get greeted with a nice smile and a welcome. Shame on all the other Starbucks around here but thank you guys for being so awesome!!!!“

“Starbucks

I come to this location regularly and order the same thing. One morning staff member consistently stands out—he greets customers at the door and actually acknowledges people with a simple “good morning,” which makes a real difference.

Unfortunately, that level of basic customer service is not consistent across the rest of the team. Most visits feel like customers are being ignored.

Thank you to the gentleman working this morning for doing his job with real professionalism and courtesy. It matters.“

“It's a Starbucks so you know what you will experience. I do wish that they could have more non-coffee offerings and maybe something to absorb the sound since it can get loud when there are many patrons in the seating area. This is a great location being only a short walk from Banner Hospital.“

“Every time I come in, staff is friendly, welcoming, and has such a positive attitude. Everyone there is just good people.

Shoutout to Carly! Very knowledgeable, and I’ve even seen her training other team members such as that new guy Ken with patience and professionalism.

Her personality is awesome, and she consistently goes above and beyond to make everyone feel welcome! Keep up that consistency please 🙏“

“I came in to pick up my online order this morning. I placed my order in my truck and then walked in. My barista found my order and filled it for me. I received my coffee with a wonderful note on my cup. I wasn't feeling very well and it was much needed and very appreciated!! Thank you so much!! <3“

“I always have a Five Star Experience at Southern & Val Vista store. Hardest working people I know. Ellis a the Captain of the ship over there doing a darn good job if you ask me. Pumpkin muffins are fresh and my Latte is never bitter or Flat. Big Love to This Location ❤️

“We are so excited to have the Starbucks on the corner by our house. The design looks fantastic and it has really made the neighborhood look nice. In addition, their customer service is fantastic. We haven’t had anyone that isn’t full of smiles and compliments at the drive-through. The drinks are consistently good and our kids love to be able to walk up there and hang out on the patio.“

“Taylor was friendly, worked fast, and we had a lovely chat about the Stanley Parable!! He was very sweet and they made the experience nice. I've had several starbucks strawberry lemonade refreshers but this one was the most amazing yet!“

“Today (9/17) I visited around 6:30PM, I can’t quite remember her name, but the woman that took my order and greeted me at the window was so kind! And kudos to whoever made my Chaider, literally the best they’ve ever made it 😩🤩!!“

“Good Starbucks inside a Target. Someone was training on the register and she was friendly and did a great job. Drinks came out fast and accurate.

Vegetarian options: Drinks are vegetarian. Vegan if you get alt milks.

Dietary restrictions: Alternative milks

Parking: Target

Wheelchair accessibility: In a Target“

“Employees are awesome!! I order through the app and arrived to the store about 5 minutes after i ordered. They had my pastry ready & once they saw I was still waiting they made sure my drink was prioritized! The employees are great and so kind!! Made my day to have a stranger give me a smiling face and be so kind even when they were jam packed busy on a Sunday morning. 10/10:)“

“Early morning Karen is incredible! I went to another location that was consistently making bad drinks. Took a chance here and Karen fixes me up right every day. Customer service is top notch. Haven’t had a messed up order since. I know it’s just. Offer, but I will be giving her a Christmas gift 🤣“

“Overall, this Starbucks is pretty good. The staff is usually friendly and the food and drinks are good. Service is generally fine, although sometimes the place can feel a bit messy or not as clean as it could be. The atmosphere is okay, but it's not the coziest Starbucks and could definitely be more inviting. Nothing terrible, just some room for improvement. Still a decent stop for coffee or a quick bite.“

“They deals have been blowing FRYS out of my reach !!! Lol

“I have been going to the Starbucks for over a year, and no matter how Thirsty I am I don't go to any other Starbucks in Arizona unless I'm way out of town. Linds, and all of the staff there are awesome, they know me they make me feel so happy just stopping in there. I would recommend this Starbucks to anyone who is in the area you won't get any nicer baristas than they have there! Or any better service! And of course my pups love the pup cups and they always get lots of attention!“

“I was sent to get the morning caffeine for my work. I never do the coffee run but I had my list. I tried to rattle off the few items correctly and get my coworkers modifications correct on drinks I hadn't heard of. The Barista (Hannah I believe?) recognized the order after the second drink and asked where I worked. When I replied, she knew exactly what was being ordered without me having to finish reading off the list. She made 8 drinks in no time flat and was so pleasant and happy. She commented that my coworkers are the nicest people and always order the same thing so she knew exactly what I needed. You Rock! Thanks for the much needed caffeine and good vibes.“

“This location is not busy during my mid-morning visits. Seating has been open.
Their service is friendly & quick.
I stop in for Keto friendly Egg Bites & a fresh brew with a generous dose of heavy whipping cream. YUMMY!“

“For early morning orders for my coworkers and I, we typically go to the location in Phoenix near our job. I had time to stop by here today. I just wanted to say everyone here this morning at open around 4am were so nice. The cashier who rung me up was such good vibes he started my day off right! Wish I could come to this location more often PLUS our drinks were amazing. Made some healthcare workers day a little brighter :) thank you!“

“Starbucks is great and the prices are questionable but the convenience is absolute but most of all these two ladies Elyse and Claire made up for anything I would perceive to be a negative. Thank you so much for making my day. I appreciate you both sincerely, and these are the quality of people you want working for you anywhere you want kind and happy humans.“

“I really enjoy this Starbucks each time that I go. I find that ordering drinks at a drive-thru can be difficult and lead to drinks being made incorrectly, so I really enjoy that I can order face-to-face with someone at this Starbucks. The workers are generally very nice and know a lot about the drinks offered. Every time I have gotten a drink here it has been made correctly, which I really appreciate. The drinks are delicious each time as well. They also offer a wide variety of food. I highly recommend this Starbucks location.“

“Sorry this Starbucks was the cutest thing I’ve ever been to. My sister put in a mobile and it was her bday and they made her a frickin birthday card. Like is that not the sweetest thing. Anyways I hope all the baristas working here have the best days ever ever. Also coffee was bomb ;)“

“I got a great Las Vegas Starbucks coffee mug, I went to another Starbucks, it was all orange, and ugly. So, this is your best option for getting a Vegas Mug. They were fast with getting the orders, and the orders with the long lines they dealt with. Love that!“

“Let's just start off with I've been having the worst week ever with my mother's sick with meningitis and me working a full-time job having a newborn baby and three other kids to take care of I literally just feel so defeated well I just rolled through to get me a coffee cuz for once I have a day off and I literally left my debit card at the freaking gas station and the other side of Scottsdale these girls were so sweet as I was breaking down and totally gifted me a coffee and also added a cake pop in for the baby while she's one years old I just want to say thank you so much that made my absolute day people just don't do that anymore and I really needed that this morning crew is everything and some I literally appreciate the hell out of all of them they are always amazing! !keep shining girls we see you“

“I love this Starbucks. It’s got cafe vibes even though it’s a drive thru too. I always get a mobile pick up order and my order is always accurate. The baristas are consistently friendly and nice, making sure to greet me as I walk through the door and saying good bye to me as I leave. I also appreciate the smiley faces and hearts that they draw on my cups often for an added touch of personalization.“

“I want to give a huge shoutout to Amber and Talisa at the Starbucks inside Fry's on Gilbert and Baseline. They are absolutely phenomenal! Every time I come in, they are friendly, welcoming, and genuinely make my day brighter.

They consistently go above and beyond with their customer service. They remember their regulars, take the time to make sure every order is right, and always greet everyone with a smile. It's clear they truly care about the people they serve, and that kind of kindness is rare.

Amber and Talisa are an incredible team, and they deserve recognition for the outstanding job they do. Thank you both for making every visit such a positive experience. Starbucks and Fry's are lucky to have you!“

“Ordered a Frapp that i have never tried before and the staff made very good suggestions as in which i should add to the drink to make the taste more distinctive, which was a really good idea. Definitely going to order this drink more often thanks to the staff here. Wish i remembered her name though.“

“Went to black rock to get my five year old a birthday drink and they were so rude that we came to this Starbucks you know it don’t hurt to ask to make my girls dream come true she’s a true Starbucks baby so the manager on shift gave my daughter a birthday drink and made her day to tell you how much this meant to us is nothing short of compassion what they don’t know is I just lost my brother on July first and what this manager did made my heart smile and my birthday girl we will always keep coming here thank you Ariel your amazing“

“Angel Romero (Store Manager) and her staff are absolutely phenomenal good group of employees. I have been living here in this area for almost 2 years and every time I come here they are so wonderful and very kind. My favorite for me to get is of course a cup of coffee and birthday cake pops. I look forward to coming back here every time and their service is great! Angel is such a great person to work with, always so friendly, cheer, and outgoing.“

“Not quite the same as going to a stand alone Starbuck’s location but sometimes the perfect way to combine errands as this location is inside the Bashas at Power and McDowell. It’s also a good option if you happen to go to grab something quickly at the full Starbuck’s location across the parking lot, but the lines were outrageous.“

“⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Every time I visit this location, Kallie makes the experience exceptional. She remembers my order, always has my iced coffee ready with a side of heavy cream, and greets me with a smile. She’s welcoming, friendly, and truly great to chat with. She represents Starbucks in the best possible way.

Thank you so much, Kallie....you’re the best! ☕️“

“This place is BUSY, but not too busy for Emmie to help my friend (who is deaf) feel welcomed and understood. Standing inside the store it is surprising how fast the drive-through line keeps moving, truly I got a lil tired watching them go. Yet they got my order to me quick and correctly, great job everyone! Thank you for the friendly face and making my coffee was exactly like I needed.“

“This Starbucks naturally don't have a drive through, because it's located in Fry's, but the service is excellent all the way around. When I shop at this Fry's all the time so, when I'm here, I always try to get one of their frappuccinos before or after I shopping here. Like I said, excellent service, excellent productivity. Very well done.“

“There was a misunderstanding , They have happily took care of it no negative vibe not sure it was that I wasn't clear or the headset didn't pick up the order right either way go they handed me the drink I noticed it was the wrong size they promptly fixed it cheerfully Seem like sincere smiles where sometimes you would get that negative vibe so again I appreciate the staff this morning on the 1st day of the New Year taking care of me right“

“Alyssa, Ophelia, May, and the rest of the girls here are absolutely amazing. We had to resubmit this review to give them a shout out as they are awesome. Good and fast service. They make our coffees without issue here. Always had a great experience. Fast drive thru with little to no waiting every time!“

“Your female employee from Washington gave me a phone charger cord! I was late for a meeting, left my charger cord at the office, phone battery flat-lined. As a loyal Starbucks patron, I raced in to see if someone would research the address so I could type into my car navigator. This angel employee went out to her car and gave me one of her seven charger cords! Saved me!!“
