The day I visited this Starbucks was the first day I tried my driving test and failed. So I need some healing set. And I placed my order and staff called out my name. Starbucks needs to do something about their atmosphere. When i was in college up till 2017, their lobbies were pretty much busy most of the day. Now, by noon their lobbies are empty. Not so with competitors like Brick Road. Their small lobby stays busy well into the evening.
