Ordered online. When we arrived our order was bagged and ready to go. Once home opened order and entire order needed to be heated or cooked. Hot dogs were literally ice cold not sure fully cooked. Chicken was cold as well as our sides. Our limeades had no ice so was nasty. Sorry will no longer order or go to Sonic.
Came at 10:30pm on Saturday night and ordered my usual sweet teas on sonic app. Got to the store and was informed that they did not have any tea and that I was gonna have to be refunded through the app and if I wanted it, I have to go to another SONIC and I have a lot of health issues and the sweet tea is the only thing that I can really drink, and so the female manager offered to make a whole batch of tea just for me. what OUTSTANDING customer service and truly made my night....read full review

It has a very wierd setup, especially where you turn into sonic from the road. It's confusing and I usually always miss it, & then end up having to go back down the highway, flip a u-turn then come back. They should make a better, more visible entrance sign for sure!
