The lobby closes at 5pm. Idk why this isn’t placed in the description as a lot of people use coffee shops to get work done. For when it is open, it looks really nice inside, hence the 2 stars.

The batista was extremely rude. I go before my chemotherapy and order online and pay ahead. It didn't give me the correct 3.00 Thursday special, but no worries, they always fix it at the window. Not this time, he argued with me said sorry there is nothing I can do for you! I left my paid for drink there, crying, I drove a mile to Dutch brother's and the batista gave me my drink for free, said I'll never have to go anywhere else again, so now I'm back with Dutch brother's, never will talk nice about Starbucks ugly service! Good bye!

Went in and spoke to the hiring manager for a job, went to shake his hand and the goof ball didn't want to shake hands... that interaction immediately told me everything I needed to know about that place. If the manager can't be respectful it's not worth the time of day to bother working or eating here.

I had tried calling this location about my order being wrong however there phones are off so I received a coffee with cinnamon and I am allergic I just wanted my order refunded or fixed?

2 people ordered 1 drink each on one bill. We received one drink. The sticker says 1 of 2 drinks on the cup. They were not busy at all. After 10 minutes, we ask for our second drink. They do not have it. They demanded there was no other order. Never asked what was missing. Never asked why we were waiting at the pick up counter starring at them 2 people with one drink. I show the label where it says 1 of 2 drinks. After looking for the order, She finally asks what I had so she can just make it. She said she would make it now. She makes 3 other drinks and then gets to mine. We were there for 30 minutes with 1 other person in the building. 30 minutes after our order was placed. this place is terrible. go elsewhere.

He acted like they didn't understand the order that I've given to many other Starbucks for my mom. Messed up the size charge me for a Trente. Give me a Venti. Took four times as long to make my drink and bring it out to me then brought me two different kinds.

Every time I go to this location my order is always wrong they're very rude. I have yet to have a positive experience however it's the closest to my house for my job . today I went and ordered a vintage pumpkin spice Chai and they gave me somebody else's order my husband went back through the drive thru and all they did was give my correct order. They didn't do anything to make the customer service right or better? This is truly sad, Starbucks needs to get it together. This is why my husband drinks Dutch Bros. I'm starting to think about switching myself. The manager Cody was very rude to my husband gave us the wring order then looked at my husband after he had to drive bk and said well I don't do refunds there's my card.....my crosant was cold and hard and my drink was melted. Didn't even offer to make them fresh or anything for the trouble.
