Got order wrong 3 times and paid for a medium and got a small . They weren't gona give me my small drink even after they messed first one up. My hu by medium was a small. Only drink got right was regular. Coffee. To women were doing drink e through and couldn't get right. We were in mesa az one near 202
This is my go to Starbucks when in Mesa, since it is close and being in the same parking lot at Wal-Mart and Dollar Tree, I can combine it with some cheap shopping. The drive-thru here is busy and the drivers are not watching for pedestrians, so I recommend not going across the drive-thru entrance. The employees here have been nice and competent, so I am happy to be a repeat customer.

Everytime I do a mobile order my drinks aren’t even filled up all the way and it’s full of ice… when I ask a barista if I could kindly get more oat milk I get a flat face look like I’m asking for so much and then they barely give me oat milk. I don’t even get an acknowledgment when I approached them or when I left.. not the friendliest staff.
