I am giving this rating only due to the FIRST EVER super friendly service I've EVER received at this location. I work in the same plaza. Suffice it to say; I've visited many times over the past 11 years. Generally, their drinks are inconsistant with regard to flavor. Many times (ESPECIALLY during the holidays) they cannot keep necessary ingredients in stock to make VERY POPULAR drinks. I have on multiple occasions driven out of my way...

This Starbucks is alright, for the most part staff is friendly. They are not friendly when I have ordered online so I don’t do that anymore. I’ve been told I’m too early, even though there is a line anyway, one of my birthdays my order never went through to Starbucks side, the woman was so rude didn’t even acknowledge my birthday and lastly I’ve been told I should’ve come in due to me accidentally not choosing drive thru when I ordered.
