I have been going to this location regularly for years and after my most recent visit will be putting a pause on returning for some time until I am comfortable to do so. I understand things happen but my most recent visit was over the top and inexcusable. I had ordered an ice coffee hazelnut and a sausage mcgriddle for my morning routine before work and when I went to take a first sip of that ice coffee I got wet pieces of bread in my mouth. The place is beautiful but the huge play area has only 2 small tables people were sitting at so I couldn't sit down to watch the kids play. I had to put my number on a windowsill and sit on a single chair I found. I think for the space, adding a couple small tables won't hurt.

If you reviewed one McDonald’s, you’ve probably reviewed them all. This one in particular sometimes will forget to put items in your bag that you paid for. Yet no matter how many times that has frustrated me I still come back because I enjoy my breakfast and a coffee there.
