I swear we can't get a decent order from this place. Did people really fight for a 15.00 minimum wage and food can't be made right. When we order a mcdouble with extra cheese and mayo and they just charge you $2.00 extra for a cheese burger that looks like someone sat on it is not only wrong, it's flat out THEFT. Someone put that extra $2.00 in their pocket hoping we wouldn't go back. Whoever made this clearly doesn't want to work.

If you reviewed one McDonald’s, you’ve probably reviewed them all. This one in particular sometimes will forget to put items in your bag that you paid for. Yet no matter how many times that has frustrated me I still come back because I enjoy my breakfast and a coffee there.

Made a quick stop on the way home to get a bite to eat for me and my oldest toddler to go. Simple order, 4 nugget happy meal/fries/apple juice and an entree only spicy deluxe mcrispy.I mean really? No nuggets/Spicy mcchicken/2 fries/No spicy deluxe mcrispy. I've been to the location before, and small things have been wrong. But I'm real thrown off about this one. Why stop somewhere when I have to heat up chicken nuggets for the kid regardless?

I have been going to this location regularly for years and after my most recent visit will be putting a pause on returning for some time until I am comfortable to do so. I understand things happen but my most recent visit was over the top and inexcusable. I had ordered an ice coffee hazelnut and a sausage mcgriddle for my morning routine before work and when I went to take a first sip of that ice coffee I got wet pieces of bread in my mouth. Then when I looked underneath the cup at the bottom i saw more bread particles flowing in the bottom, potentially pieces of burned particles, and one of those little flying gnat bugs. I promptly threw the drink away soon as I arrived at work.I understand things happen and can reasonably guess someone was cleaning trash from the counter into a cup. Then following an employee saw the cup in a rush and made the ice coffee with it without checking the cup.I'm not angry, just disappointed. I'll likely return in the future but not any time soon. The restaurant is generally clean and well kept and run well by the management.

I came to get a double quarter pounder meal and 3 double cheese and 10 PC chicken nuggets. Waited for 40 minutes. Was asked twice what my order was. 4 cars parked and got their food and left. Finally I had to call another person over Finally got food except chicken nuggets. This place is horrible ?

Youngsters there got no respect and the worst customer service.
The place is beautiful but the huge play area has only 2 small tables people were sitting at so I couldn't sit down to watch the kids play. I had to put my number on a windowsill and sit on a single chair I found. I think for the space, adding a couple small tables won't hurt.

Zero stars. We have been customers of this store for 20+ years (used to have the most wonderful employees) however, the blatant display of rudeness, ignorance and stupidity exhibited by the current uneducated female ‘manager’ and the intellectually void person at the window, clearly demonstrates that this store is not worth anyone’s money. They obviously don’t know how to use their own app and cannot read. Never again.

I've been a McDonald's fan for ages. The first one I visited as a kid was on Central and Indian School with walk-up service. They've always been consistent and dependable for me, in my experience. I have eaten at other fast-food burger places, and with one exception, McDonald's has been my go-to choice. Different locations and different crews are variables that I understand, but I know that the food I order will not vary. I like that.Kid-friendliness: A small, manageable playground is indoors for the kids.
