I really do not like this Starbucks location. The drive thru line backs up into the parking lot and people drive up and try to cut the line. There are really no parking places at the Starbucks location because if you do park, you'll come out to your car and you'll be blocked in due to the drive thru. It's easier to park at the nearby Albertsons and walk over. I came here once a year ago and it was such a nightmare, I hadn't been back except for this week. I did a mobile pickup order through the drive thru. It took me over 15 minutes to get thru the drive thru even though I wasn't stuck out in the parking lot when I entered.It was so incredibly slow.

This location customer service and promptness has gone down hill over the past 2 years. I would always use this location as they had the fastest, nicest employees. I won't go back to this location and will drive the extra distance to Signal butte
