This location customer service and promptness has gone down hill over the past 2 years. I would always use this location as they had the fastest, nicest employees. I won't go back to this location and will drive the extra distance to Signal butte

Wished I had read the reviews. If I could have would have given it zero stars. I ordered a basic cappuccino brevi. After paying at the take out I was presented with the card swipe the cashier said verbatim "Please address this situation " asking for a tip. Which I did. Then I received a tall cup filled to the top with hot sour half and half. No joke. if your reviews are consistently this bad you need a new manager.

This Starbucks location is awful! I go to this location often and the service gets worse and worse every time I go. The drive thru is so slow and takes forever. I always order my drink on the app for pick up in the store and about 70% of the time it’s not done at the time it’s supposed to be and I have to wait for my drink to be made even though I ordered it 10+ minutes before. Today my drink was supposed to be done at 5:53 I showed up to the store at that time and it wasn’t made. There was already another customer waiting for her drink when I arrived. There were 4 employees working and they all were just moving around doing nothing! Nobody ever acknowledged me and asked if I was waiting for a mobile order or asked my name so they could start making my drink. I waited 10+ minutes for my drink before I just left without my drink as I was going to be late for work. The entire time I was waiting only 1 drink was made and given out to somebody in the drive thru lane. Needless to say I won’t be back and will find another coffee location that has better service.

The prices have gone up so much that my cold brew coffee is now over $6.00. Sad to say but they just pushed this senior out of the ranks to be able to afford a treat once a week.

I really do not like this Starbucks location. The drive thru line backs up into the parking lot and people drive up and try to cut the line. There are really no parking places at the Starbucks location because if you do park, you'll come out to your car and you'll be blocked in due to the drive thru. It's easier to park at the nearby Albertsons and walk over. I came here once a year ago and it was such a nightmare, I hadn't been back except for this week. I only came here because I was looking for specific Starbucks cup and all the other nearby locations didn't have it - this location miraculously had this cup I was looking for. The lady who rang up the cup at the register was nice. However, it was very hectic inside and again with the parking and drive thru.

I usually go to Starbucks near my house on Signal Butte but was closer to this location. I'm extremely lactose intolerant. I ordered Carmel Crunch with oat milk and trusted it would be oat milk. My mistake. I never checked. I was in extreme pain from drinking milk as it wasn't oat milk. Please if your lactose check. This young man wearing tie dyed Halloween costume appeared new or unsure. Very unhappy customer.

Horrible customer service! When I went up to the front the person behind the counter didn't even acknowledge me. Not until I spoke up they finally greeted me. While I was ordering they had a very bad attitude and I felt rushed. Definitely not coming back!

I have been frequenting this location for a while now and told my husband that they were very nice and wonderful service. This morning he comes back from another location with incorrect drinks. I told him he went to the wrong location (signal butte and baseline) I mentioned to him to frequent this location and he did. He got to the window and all of our drinks were incorrect again. He was frustrated and had every right to be. We didnt take the wrong drinks back the 1st time and were paying for a whole new set of drinks at the 2nd location. He told the person at the drive through window they were incorrect and was a bit frustrated, he had every right to be, and she copped a huge attitude, got the manager and blamed the person that was training. If someone is training then the person who is doing the training failed not her 2nd point the person doing the training should be checking orders to make sure the trainee is inputting them in. In closing our entire family's morning is now late because the manager refused to correct her stors mistake and told my husband his order will be voided and he needed to go somewhere else. He went back to the location previously frequented and finally received our correct order. I have held a gold card since they 1st came out and spend at least 15 dollars a day at starbucks. I believe its time to quit starbucks since they cant seem to have proper customer appreciation with all customers.
