Lacking in quality and service.
Gave me two cold burritos. I get it that you get busy and probaly wonder when did i say in elementary school, when i grow up, i want to work at McDonald's. Thats not my fault. dont take out rush hour and the fact you hate your job on me. What happen to just getting some good old fashion fast food with out having to deal with some sour employee.

McDonald's is a fast food restaurant that offers a variety of items on their menu. Recently, many customers have noted that the restaurant is popular among locals, with some mentioning that the drive-thru often gets backed up, which they see as a good sign. One customer enjoyed a sausage egg and cheese biscuit meal with a medium coffee, describing both as tasting fresh. The staff member at the counter was described as very pleasant and friendly, contributing to a positive experience. However, some customers have experienced issues with their orders. One customer went through the drive-thru and ordered 2 happy meals (cheeseburger and nuggets) but received only the cheeseburger, with the nuggets missing; attempts to call the restaurant about the mistake were unsuccessful. Others have found that ordering takes longer because they have to use touch screens, as there is no counter help, leading to inconvenient and inconsistent orders. Due to these experiences, some customers now only visit for coffee, indicating that the overall quality of service varies and can impact the dining experience.
