The staff are always nice, but be sure to check what your paying for at the window every time you go to pay. I am a regular there most mornings getting my usual of a Egg McMuffin Meal with a large Dr. Pepper and I will get charged for the wrong order far too often. I just visited this store (probably my 100th time) and it took us 10 minutes to place my order. (We no longer have the option to order at the counter or to get assistance.) Then another 5 mins for your manager to assist us. This puts your manager in a position to deal with unsatisfied customers. Over and over!The new do it yourself method is not a savings to me or you.
