Went to this location and ordered a sandwich I thought was on the menu. Got to the first window and the dude in the window was rude as hell. I understand being in the food industry sucks but I work customer service as well ?‍♂️ anyways I ordered something that they didn't have I had just gotten off a 8 hour shift at work and was a bit tired so had a short fuse when it comes to rude people so I was already frustrated when the window guy showed me a hella attitude. Instead of explaining they actually didn't have to item on the menu he talked down to me which I have a zero tolerance for so I told him he's acting like a jackass and he said no u r acting like a jackass I'm like really. Not only did he be rude and whatnot they didn't discipline the guy for calling me that. my daughter was also in the car with me crying because of this dude. Will never return to this location they have horrible customer service and r horrible to customers even forgetting things u ordered had that experience as well.

Just left McDonald's and a third of my order was missing per usual! I went back to get my items and one of the workers tried to tell me that it was in the bag when it wasn't! Legit the 3rd or 4th time this has happened. Officially off of my restaurant list!

Look, I can look past forgetting things, I can look past cold fries, I don’t even care if you give me an attitude because hey, it’s fast food. But what sends me into a rage, is being burrito-less over stupid reasons. I am an absolute sucker for the sausage burritos, I placed a mobile order for breakfast items around 15 minutes BEFORE they STOPPED serving breakfast. I did this so that if I showed up passed breakfast, I would receive my order….. wouldn’t I? Because, you still have everything out, you’re still selling it? So I’m to assume you’d make my order when you receive it? NO ! Morning ruined because it was absolutely BENEATH anyone working to throw a stupid frozen burrito into whatever toaster they use to warm it up. I was told they could only give me orange juice. I arrived passed 10:30 and I simply expected to accept a cold bag of food and call it a day. Oh and for whatever reason, the lady working the intercom acted like I was the bane of her existence, which is typical for this location. I could care less about what kind of service they give me, all I want is my food. That’s all I want, that’s all I care about. Don’t mess with a fat girls burrito

I do believe this is the very Best mcdonald's I have ever eaten at !!The sausage egg and cheese mcgriddles are better than anywhere.... We are impressed!

Lazy manager who has every car pull off and wait no matter how small the order. BUT IT GETS WORSE, IMPROPERLY TRAINED CHILDREN COME OUTSIDE WITH A HANDFUL OF ORDERS AND RANDOMLY HAND THEM TO RANDOM CUSTOMERS ASKING THEM TO RIFLE THROUGH THE FOOD TO SEE IF ITS THEIRS.. IF THEY GUESS WRONG, IT GOES TO THE NEXT CUSTOMER ????

In the play area with my kids and the place is filthy. It’s 8am yet there is French fries on the ground? So it hasn’t been swept and mopped in 24 hours? My shoes are sticking to the ground with every step. Imagine how dirty the kids play structure is when the floor looks like this.

Zero, and I mean zero customer service! Everyone is in the kitchen yelling in spanish.Ridiculous, especially since this is located in an area with a ton of older men and women. I just watched a man walk in, got confused, no one speaks English, so he left.

Surprise...Surprise!! No more staff to take your order.It took a staff member 10 minutes to find a hot chocolate that was $4.69 that included caramel. She couldn't ever find a regular hot chocolate so I had a coffee. Another 3 minutes to add the sugar and cream.Then 3 minutes to add sausage and egg McMuffin.Then you pick a number of the next card to identify the table.THEN insert credit card as NO cash accepted.20 minutes later I had my breakfast.DEFINITELY not fast food.Yes, I am over 60!But this is bloody insane. Never again.I will also have to find a replacement for my favorite filet of fish sandwich as I will NEVER be back.
