Starbucks Coffee Company has a wonderful crew that makes customers feel special. The staff is friendly, kind, and provides excellent customer service. Some customers have had great experiences with specific staff members. However, one customer thinks they have moldy ice, which gives them terrible fatigue. The location has lots of seating, but some find it lacking in soft, comfortable seating. Despite this, many customers appreciate the staff's positivity and kindness, making their day with great service and drinks.
