There was an issue with the system, and I kept getting iced vanilla lattes instead of the hot ones I ordered. When I spoke to the manager, Dawn, on the phone - she was soooooo sweet and kind and really understanding and apologetic. She offered me a free drink if I was around the store in the next few days and thanked me for letting her know about the issue. She really turned a bad situation into a positive one. Everyone here is so friendly, the drinks are always great and come out very fast when they aren't too slammed. I come here when I get a break from work just because everyone's great energy lifts my mood!!
