I've stopped by this location a handful of times and each time the service/total wait to get your order is ridiculously slow in comparison to any other Starbucks within the area. For reference I've visited during times when there is max 2-3 people total in the store. Each time my food has come out burnt and overly crispy. Every coffee comes out tasting as if the beans are overly burnt and the barista didn't add the correct amount of flavoring/milk. The tables and floors look like just a layer of dirt is just sitting there and really could use a good cleaning. If you are wanting Starbucks coffee I would recommend getting your order from the location in the Target in the same plaza rather than stopping by here. It'll probably come out faster, taste better and be surrounded by a much more clean atmosphere.

Greatly surprised at the immaturity of the staff and management at this Starbucks location. The music being played in the morning was club/house and it was being played at an obnoxiously loud level. Guests couldn't have a normal conversation without yelling over each other. I politely requested for the music to be changed and lowered. After about a minute, the manager changed the music to something sounding like Metallica - and the entire staff started laughing together in hysterics. She let this go on for the next hour. At one point, some started singing lyrics and then someone shouted "sing it louder!". It was really uncomfortable and embarrassing to be made to feel like I was some joke to them. After leaving, I called and requested the name of the manager and she responded defensively saying "and this is?" and I said "I'm a guest at this location and I would like the name of the manager", she responded with "Megan". Of course it was. I hope others do not experience the same as I have... I will not be returning here.

Loved my service today! Everyone was fast and efficient and as I was leaving I had multiple staff tell me to have a great day Vanessa! They made me feel very special and it was unexpected. Thank You so much!!

This Starbucks location used to be great, but recently the workers have all been very unfriendly and unhelpful. I always order my drink online for pickup, and they always leave out the some of extras that I pay for (oatmilk, an extra shot of espresso, pumpkin topping, etc). That adds up over time and it’s disappointing to pay for things that don’t end up in my drink.

There was an issue with the system, and I kept getting iced vanilla lattes instead of the hot ones I ordered. When I spoke to the manager, Dawn, on the phone - she was soooooo sweet and kind and really understanding and apologetic. She offered me a free drink if I was around the store in the next few days and thanked me for letting her know about the issue. She really turned a bad situation into a positive one. I can't compliment her enough. You should really see about getting her a raise :)

Everyone here is so friendly, the drinks are always great and come out very fast when they aren't too slammed. I come here when I get a break from work just because everyone's great energy lifts my mood!!
