Starbucks Coffee Company receives mixed reviews. Pickup orders are never ready on time, with waits of at least 10 minutes, and the drive thru is soooo slow. However, other experiences describe it as one of the best Starbucks experiences, with no line, quick to order, and super fast delivery. The customer service is great, and the baristas work hard. The store manager and her staff are absolutely phenomenal, wonderful, and very kind. A customer’s favorite is a cup of coffee and birthday cake pops. For delivery via postmates/uber eats, Starbucks is great at packaging orders, often including a little thank you note, and almost never makes an error. One reviewer ordered a brown sugar iced shaken expresso but asked for regular cold brew due to being pregnant. The gentlemen who took the order informed the customer there was 205 mg of caffeine in a grande cold brew, stated it was over the recommended limit for a pregnant women, and offered to do half cold brew to lessen the caffeine. This thoughtful act earned 100 stars for going out of the way to help.
