“You always know what to expect in the quality and consistency with Starbucks drinks. If it's not how you like it, they'll remake it. At this location, the people are nice and friendly... almost like Dutch Bros. They have a drive-thru as well as sit-in. Nice location.“
“Hailey is an exemplary employee as well as the other Starbucks employees. They were so thoughtful, patient, and friendly towards me. Hailey helped me find the drink that I had at another Starbucks location and made it better! She wrote down the drink with the correct recipe so I could order it again. My regret is I don’t live in the city of Surprise to visit Hailey and the other employees. I hope management appreciates and values employees like Hailey. The employees are outstanding and it’s better than and faster than eating at McDonald’s. “I enjoyed this location. It is a big space with an okay amount of indoor seating as well as outdoor seating. It is clean and the employees are very kind and welcoming. I was here for over 6 hours and every single time anyone came into the store, the staff ensured to greet the customers which is very nice. The orders were quick and food was fresh when ordered. I will be coming back. I also think it is very cute that they have a small table of games that can be borrowed. I would think possibly donating games to this location would be a great way to give back to the community :)“
“I’ve ordered to go, ordered and stayed inside and or outside and this place is sometimes really cool. Music and staff are pretty good and only thing to mention is sometimes not getting the drink right. But no biggie as they usually will make a new one as long as you say something right away. Prices are decent, just wish they gave a military discount.“
“As soon as I walked in, I noticed how beautiful the little seating area was, at the same time I was completely distracted by its beauty that I did not hear the cashier barista tell me the register was broken. As I stood there like a fool I realized I could try to mobile order bypass register but he had already made me a free one for waiting. Did not have to do anything for me, he told me and I didn't hear. He was nice about it. I don't live anywhere near here but would definitely come back again“

As with all busy places, the loudest customer are the most entitled...and there's a lot of entitled people + the elderly & hard of hearing. So, if you have trouble hearing through background noise, you may find it difficult to speak or listen to others at your table. This is true inside out out as long as they're busy.
