Starbucks offers a delightful dining experience with its beautiful seating area and attentive staff. The baristas, Amir and EJ, are praised for making delicious drinks and providing exceptional customer service, being polite and respectful. Even when the register was broken, the staff member kindly made a free drink for the customer while waiting. Despite being located far away, the customer is eager to return to this Starbucks location due to the positive experience.

why are the starbucks workers at this location so rude ?
they hire anybody nowadays and i get it they get stressed out over time but seriously customer service is so important and these people have none of it my sister has better communication skills when she’s playing pretend store with her toys seriously who ever is hiring these people needs to be fired anyways
here’s some tips u guys need it !!☺️☺️

I went here today to get two drinks, a blended energy drink, and the seasonal lavender frappe which is supposed to be purple. It was brown by the time I got to the car the drinks were melted. They weren’t made right it was obvious that the two workers were new, but there was no manager around to assist them and help making drinks that they didn’t know how to make. They had to call someone on the phone to tell them step-by-step how to make a drink. It took them about 15 minutes...read full review
