Catered for a staff meeting, they accommodated my schedule change, and had everything prepared and ready on time!
I ordered my food online to be picked up. There was an option to pick up food at 10:30 which is opening time which is what I picked. They need to fix that because everybody that was in line got their food before I did and there were three of us waiting to pick up food so I don't know if this is normal, but I will go back because the food was excellent, but I don't appreciate the lady when she finally did give me my food. I recently visited Cafe Rio for a late lunch with my family and had an excellent experience. The food was prepared perfectly and was exactly what we were looking for. I would like to thank the Cafe Rio team for their outstanding service!

Cafe Rio offers reliably good food, with the best tortillas around and a churro cookie that is to die for. The carne asada bowl is so good, and better than Chipotle. The employees are always polite, happy, sweet, patient, and a great group. However, this location has gone downhill. The food is skimpy, and orders are made incorrectly. A dead moth was found on top of the lettuce in a drive-thru order. There is no AC, and the culture of the store needs changes.
