The worst Starbucks I have experienced!!!! Some Employees definitely do not want to be working there. 95% of the time my drink is wrong. Would not recommend.

Bunch of entitled kids working there. No smiles on their faces. When you approach to make an order they just stare blankly at you instead of greeting you and asking for your order. Horrible service and even worse attitude.

Barista was very rude, didn’t make the correct drink, and when I asked if I could have it remade to what I asked for, I was told this is what I ordered and this is what they made. I order the same drink every time and even if it was by mistake the attitude and initial refusal to remake the drink is crazy. This place routinely has bad service.

Awful experience. After 45 min of waiting I have an awful child with a horrible attitude telling me that their blender doesn't work. I said ok... I have been wanting for a long time now... Instead of apologizing she went ballistic and almost yelling at me if I want a refund or another drink. So I told her that with that actitud I wanted a refund. I had to make the line again, when I got to the cashier, she haven't tell him about the refund. And well, they can not give refunds because they are not technically Starbucks, they are FRY'S.So... I took a picture of the place to write a review and she just went NUTS!I started walking to customer service for the refund and then she started yelling that I was harrasing at her job, that she was a minor and that I was harrasing her over and over again.I didn't even turn around, with this kind of trouble childish behavior that is the best you can do.Horrible horrible. And I think it is ok to hire minors I guess, but if they are mentally instable, many it will be better in a position were they don't have to deal with customers.Frys manager saw what happened and apologized, he refund me and was nice enough to give me something extra for the inconveniences.

Never been to such a slow Starbucks in my life. One other person in line over 20 minutes to get 1 small frap. Insane.

As soon as I walked in, I noticed how beautiful the little seating area was, at the same time I was completely distracted by its beauty that I did not hear the cashier barista tell me the register was broken. As I stood there like a fool I realized I could try to mobile order bypass register but he had already made me a free one for waiting. Did not have to do anything for me, he told me and I didn't hear. He was nice about it. I don't live anywhere near here but would definitely come back again

Horrible service just go to the one in Safeway instead waited 20 minutes for a coffee they made wrong then she had the nerve to say if you wait I can another

By far the worst/slowest Starbucks in the world. I order 2 specialty drinks at 6:20Am. I arrived at 6:40a.m to get my drinks and they still were not ready. The worker was suppose to give me 2 red cups for my orders, but was rude and say i only get one per transaction. I had 2 orders and they refused to take care my request, and brushed me off. Not only was I late to work because of their slowness I didn’t receive the cups that were limited time only. I refuse to go back to this location.

The slowest workers I’ve ever encountered. I will never come back to this Starbucks. My mobile order is now 10 minutes past the scheduled pickup time and still not ready.

The crew here at the Fry's Starbucks are the BEST ever!!!! They are the most friendly, kind, efficient crew i have ever met! I have a kind of Bougie order and they had it memorized right away. They are ALWAYS nice, helpful, and make my drink perfect every time! They literally make my morning every time I'm there. Thank you for being so amazing!!!!

They got me up and running on a special coffee drink (that can only be input by them) on the mobile app, saving me tons of idle time. I use the app all the time but due to customizations not available in the app, I'd have to order in person Nikki got me taken care of so very professionally and helpful. Jeremiah makes my perfect drink every time. Thank you folks!

We come to Fry's every other tuesday for grocery shopping and get here by 4:30 maybe 5pm and they are already closed. And the young man who took out order was texting the whole time while we were ordering. Other staff is friendly and they are clean but they close way to early before what the signs say
