One barista named Tammy is rude, rolling her eyes when asked for a straw. However, other staff are fast and kind, leaving smiley faces on cups. The drive-through is faster than waiting inside, and the employees at the windows are always fast. Breakfast sandwiches were out of stock, causing disappointment. Ice coffees are often messed up or made wrong, making the location a hit or miss unless customers go inside to order.
