The girl with the long red hair in a braid working at 12 pm on 9/22, I believe she may be a manager is extremely rude and condescending. Any small question you ask and she yells at you without looking “I will be with you” while putting her finger in your face and then proceeds to answer in the rudest way possible.
waited 20 min for a coffee ordered via the app while the baristas were busy handing out free water (which is of course nice but perhaps they ought to reconsider their priorities)
Customer service could be better :(
