On a busy Sunday in which the mall was packed and I was in line for 7 minutes, I should at least be able to buy a single cup of coffee. 20 minutes before closing and both the coffee dispensers were in cleaning mode - done for the day. Cashier pressed cancel on my transaction - bye. Next. At 5 o'clock I should still be able to order a simple cup of coffee. I don't care if the store is 20 mins from closing. A great Starbucks inside Scottsdale Fashion Square when you need a break from shopping. It’s almost always busy, but the service is quick and the staff keeps the line moving. There are plenty of comfortable seating options, making it a great place to relax, catch up with friends, work for a bit, or simply enjoy some people-watching. The modern design and large mural give it a warm, inviting atmosphere. One of the better mall Starbucks locations I’ve visited.
I was there today and waited over 15 minutes for an ice tea. The staff is nice but hate the fact I'm waiting and most of the staff was sitting at the large table. The wait time is horrible , I actually asked for a refund once. Do better
